Originally built in 2006 and beautifully renovated in 2012, the property consists of two independent buildings, offering a total of 170 m² of living space. The villa accommodates up to 9 guests in four comfortable bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups seeking privacy and relaxation.



The main house features a cozy living area with an open fireplace and a 55’’ smart TV, seamlessly connecting to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that comfortably seats up to eight guests. Three of the bedrooms are located here, each styled with traditional details and direct access to the pool terrace. One of them enjoys an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a spacious family bathroom equipped with a bathtub, washing machine, and dryer.



The autonomous studio, with its own private entrance, offers a serene retreat within the property. It includes a double bedroom that can be configured as two singles, an en-suite shower bathroom, a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, and a kitchenette — all opening directly onto the pool terrace.



Outside, Villa Hara unfolds across a spacious plot surrounded by nature and panoramic views of the sea. The private 20 m² swimming pool invites you to cool off under the Cretan sun, while shaded sitting and dining areas, a traditional stone barbecue, and a children’s playground create the perfect setting for family moments and leisurely outdoor living.



Located within a short drive from Rethymno’s old town, the villa provides easy access to both the northern coastline and the charming inland villages. The nearest sandy beach is approximately 5 km away, while the center of Rethymno — with its picturesque harbor, shops, and restaurants — lies just 15 minutes by car. Heraklion Airport is about 80 km away, and Chania Airport around 75 km.
