« We had a great week staying at Maggie's Cabin. The cabin was clean, cozy and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, minutes from the lake, town, and golf courses, yet quiet and secluded. Hosts were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. « We booked through VRBO but we were completely unaware there was a second platform the property used to manage the community called Grand Welcome. Our experience with Grand Welcome was anything but welcoming. It was completely inadequate for the price point. We booked the incorrect dates to start, which was our oversight, but had to call multiple times to get reimbursed. Vrbo had listed the property as having a 100% refund if canceled by a certain time.
