This property was ultimately a disappointment, particularly given how it is marketed and priced. While there were a few thoughtful and appreciated features, the overall experience fell well below expectations for a home positioned as luxury.On the positive side, the home was clearly set up with families in mind. The toddler toilet seat, kids’ dining setup, and the selection of games and toys were well appointed and genuinely helpful. The steam shower in the primary bedroom was a standout feature, and the hot tub was clean, well maintained, and comfortably sized for a larger group.Unfortunately, many core amenities were lacking or nonfunctional. The hot water never truly got hot. The stove functioned poorly—possibly due to the low-quality or incompatible pans provided—making cooking difficult. The kitchen overall was not well equipped: there were no cooking oils or spices, no salt and pepper in the shakers, several basic utensils were missing (including a peeler), and coffee options were noticeably lacking for a house of this caliber.The ice maker in the main house did not work, requiring us to purchase ice. More significantly, the refrigerator in the studio unit did not work at all, even after resetting circuit breakers. The surround sound system was also not working.
