The Creekside Nest - Rhododendron cabin with fire pit and game room

Your perfect outdoor adventure starts here! This spacious, family-friendly cabin offers plenty of room to gather. Every detail is carefully thought out and you’ll never be bored with indoor and outdoor games, puzzles, crafts, air hockey, foosball, mini pool table and Xbox. The kids will love the magical bunk bed room and secret loft area. Enjoy the expansive deck with towering trees, roasting s’mores by the firepit, splashing in the creek in the backyard, and warming up by the indoor fireplace.

The main level has Bedroom 1 (king bed) and a full bathroom with a shower. The living room has lots of comfortable seating for the whole group, a gas fireplace, and a record player. The living room couch has a queen sized pull-out bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a double oven, two coffee machines, a full fridge and freezer, and anything else you might need for meal prep.

Upstairs is Bedroom 2 (king bed), Bedroom 3 (queen bed, two twin bunk beds, and an additional loft with a twin bed), and a full bathroom with a bathtub. Please note that the twin bunk beds are only for children with a weight limit of 85 lbs.

There is a separate outbuilding on the property with a game room with air hockey, foosball, mini pool table, darts, kids play couch and play tent, TV, Xbox, and lots of board games and puzzles. The garage has hammocks and lots of outdoor games you are welcome to use! There is an outdoor propane fire pit with plenty of seating. We have a year-round creek in the backyard that you can play in. The property is gated and can comfortably park 3-4 vehicles.

Guests have full access to the home and outbuilding (game room) including the laundry room and the backyard with a creek. Salmon run in the creek in the Fall time, and you can see the fry in the Spring and Summer.

Please be aware that we are in the forest, so you may see coyotes, cougars, deer or bears. Also, we do have fast Wi-Fi but as with any mountain cabin, it can occasionally go out so we can’t guarantee it will always work.

Like most cabins in the woods, we have heating but no AC. The area is very shady and generally stays cool and pleasant even in the summer and we have provided fans in every room if you need them!
