Hotel Rice

« Fantastic stay - incredible staff - super helpful and friendly. Thanks so much! »

« Bel hôtel, belle chambre lit confortable,, petit frigo pratique. »

« Overall, a good stay. Have stayed at HW before. Did notice a slight dropoff in the original wing compared to the newest wing in terms of room amenities and hallways. Had a problem with my reservation at check-in. After a relatively short wait the front-desk staff worked to resolve and honor my reservation. Would like to give a shout out to Rose in housekeeping and Sierra at the front desk. Both provided great customer service and were pleasant and professional! »

« Only stay if no other options available.. »

« likes: new heater worked nicely clean room location price dislikes: poor lighting metal framed bed??! also very small. not appropriate for two adults and should not be marketed as such the complimentary breakfast” is a joke - don’t call it that. »

« Unique property, will stay again. »

« Cute little room if you want to lay your head for 1 or 2 nights. Comfy bed and clean. Most Places are walkable. »

« Closest place to venue for a wedding. Price was good and nothing else was good. Our tv was protected from content…on a lifetime movie and on daily news. Drapes had holes in it. Literally no maid service for towels and bed, they only emptied trash can. »

« Home was well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen, towels, bedding, etc. The only thing is that the listing says that it can sleep six people which is possible, but I would recommend no more than five adults or four adults and either two kids on the pullout couch or one adult. There was a pack and play if you had an infant, which could be the sixth person, but definitely would be uncomfortable for two adults to be on the pullout sofa as it’s not a regular pullout sofa with a...

« This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The rooms were dirty, the hallways were dirty, the dining room was dirty and I arrived when it opened. There was only stale bread and milk in the fridge that was spoiled. One front desk staff was polite but would not pass on contact info for the manager. I did email him 3 times with no response. I left after one night but was charged another night for early checkout. Please do not stay there, it is inhabitable. »
