« Room was very clean as well as living and dining room. Staff did excellent job to accommodate us and breakfast was very good. Exterior entry as well as the porch floor, swing and chairs were a mess with bird poo and a stack of cardboard on the porch made the entry unpleasant »

« The hotel is located near the Civic Center so I found it to be convenient. The property has been recently renovated and was in great shape. The kitchenette was well stocked. I slept well on the comfy bed and pillows. I was able to keep the room cool for sleeping. My only complain is that there was a hair woven into the loops of one of the hand towels. Gross. Everything else was fine. »

« Our stay was an absolute nightmare and a complete bait-and-switch. The property looks nothing like the Expedia pictures; instead of an apartment building, it turned out to be unmarked townhouses in a private neighborhood. The listed address sent us to a completely different location, and once we finally stumbled upon the right area, none of the units actually had address numbers on them.
Worse yet, no one was expecting us upon arrival. After calling customer service to figure out how to check...
