« The location had easy access and a great café just around the corner. The space was clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. One thing to note, however, is that the apartment is on the top floor with no door separating it from the staircase. While the two other apartments on the lower floor remained locked, it's something to be aware of when booking. Overall, a good experience! »

« This place was abominable, do not rent from Heath Green or The Kentucky. The kitchen was infested with mouse evidence, on ALL dishes, inside the toaster, everywhere. There was no heat, and 6 messages were received then we were constantly lied to that it would be fixed. The front door looks as a gas station where several homeless persons watched us because the front blinds are broken and provide no privacy. DO NOT RENT from these slumlords. »
