There were socks and candy on the floor. Everything was grimey..carpet had lots of stains and stuff kind of glued in....the building is not new so some of that could be natural aging...coffee not ready and came slowly. I never did get a full cup...no hot water... It was fairly quiet though.

Smoking or non smoking it doesn’t excuse the filthy towels and rags they have in this facility to clean yourself with the room smells of cat urine in the carpet one of the beds didn’t fit the box it should not have to look or smell bad and it was not at all quiet

This is the worst hotel ever!!!! Arrived for our daughter’s college graduation, being unfamiliar with the area and could not keep our belongings in the room from fear of roaches and unsanitary conditions. The property seems to be somewhat of a shelter. There’s multiple people loitering around the property at all hours smoking and drinking and a lot of unsavory comings and goings. As you look up at the windows there’s food/cereal boxes and beer bottles clearly visible from the outside. It is noisy and feels very unsafe. It is a shame that Expedia has this property listed as an option on this site. Corporate will be contacted regarding the false advertising of pictures and such.

The inside is not well maintained. Poor room cleanliness. The elevator was not working and as a elderly person I had to struggle to take my bags to the second floor. In its current condition, this hotel should not be listed.

Extremely dirty and noisy. The walls are paper thin and you can even hear next door guests breathing. I was staying for one night and could not sleep and I checked out at 3:00 am and slept in my car

The place was run down, carpet slick with dirt, unsanitary bathroom, dirty tub with dingy grey towels with no texture that were suppose to be white. Broken tv and no phone service in the room. I had to go downstairs and make my complaint and nothing was done to move me or fix the situation. WARNING, do not stay at this property. It is run down and the service and establishment reeks of an extended stay Motel 6. Highly disappointed! I will not be returning! Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name on this place. Unreal! I wouldn’t even give it 1 star, but the system doesn’t allow that to submit your review.

When we arrived, there was only two very flat pillows on the bed, for two occupants. One of them had blood and urine stains on it, when asking for another one the front desk person says, sorry we have no more. At that point, I asked to check out and get a refund, and somehow he found me a pillow.

When I arrived, there were people hanging out in the parking lot, drinking and smoking, even though there was a no smoking sign posted OUTSIDE. The room was terrible! The smell alone caused me to check out but it was tiny, the phone didn’t have a cord, there was no iron, and the TV looked like it was from 1984. There were extension cords all down the hallway and there were people just hanging around in the lobby. I checked out as soon as I saw the room and went to a Hampton Inn almost 25 minutes away just to feel safe. I will admit, the gentleman at the front desk was nice and he even offered me an iron but there was NO way I was staying there. That hotel is in serious need of an upgrade!

This facility was absolutely gross. There were blood stains on the sheets and other various stains on the carpet. The entire building smelled of cigarettes. The parking lot was not well lit and made my family feel unsafe. The conditions were so poor that we left to find a safer and more sanitary facility.

I couldn’t use the towels or wash clothes looked like they were washed in oil..The tub look like that haven’t cleaned it in years..The sheets and on the bed were dirty when I flipped the blanket back..
