"Charmingly appointed studio uphill from town of Lenzkirch in Southern Black Forest. Private balcony with nice views was perfect for breakfast and sitting in the evening. The only slightly minor initial inconvenience was having to get the key at a different location. Owners Christine & Gunther were very easy to communicate with and provided many local suggestions via the rental guidelines which they kindly translated into English before our arrival. :) ‘Loved our stay in the Black Forest!!"

"Highly recommended to anyone who loves to get out in the mountains. Networks of beautifully signposted Swiss footpaths pass the front door. The scenery is dramatic - limestone cliffs creating steep sided gorges - and makes for some challenging mountain biking! Gabriele was a generous host and her apartment made a cosy and extremely comfortable base for exploring. We were grateful for the warm log stove on the cool October nights."

"A great option for a family stay in Basel. We were travelling from the UK. Could sleep up to 6 comfortably but only one bedroom - with two double beds. Living room had 3 sofa beds - instructions provided to allow them to be flattened. Apartment was clean. Helpful touches were the two Swiss electrical adapters for the Swiss sunken style power outlets (normal round European adapters don’t fit!) as well as a kettle and toaster. "The studio flat is exactly as shown in the photos. However, if you travel during summer, consider that it gets quite warm as there is only one window and air does not circulate a lot. The room was not ready by check-in time. Also, although they said the cleaning service was every 3 days, this only happened once and skipped the 2nd cleaning day.
