Location de vacances de particulier à Rio Medina

« The river set up has lots of potential. The property had not been mowed/weedeated (probably from the recent rain), and my son stepped out of the truck in the parking area into a bed of fire ants. All beds and the one TV are upstairs. You share the property with another unit that is is pretty close proximity. I thought the cost for a one night stay was quite high after visiting. »

« Perfect for next year summer vacation »

« Amazing. Will stay again »

« They provided practically everything in the kitchen except food. The bathroom is stocked with soaps and shampoo. The refrigerator had an ice maker, and a small cooler is provided for keeping drinks cold during day trips. The beds were comfortable, and ceiling fans are available in both bedrooms. »

« The location was about 15 mins from. Lackland AFB, which was important to us. The house is beautiful. Small backyard, which was perfect for us bc we had our son's dog with us. Took a little bit to figure out which switch was which, but we got it. If no one needs to sleep on the sofa in the game room I would recommend closing those doors and let the AC work for the main house. Chris responded quickly and very helpful. Highly recommend this house for a large family. »

« I was very disappointed with the property clean!! There was hairs everywhere in the master bathroom and all over the house!! Clean was very miserable!! I had great expectations on this place but no!! The house is very old and all the appliances are rusted!! I spend all the time I could out the house, it was awful!!! I was not expecting a brand new home but at least at 10/10 on cleaning!! There was no coffee or sugar in the place like the description pictures it was bad!! Very unsatisfactory...

« I needed a place to stay with my 3 pets. It rained a lot (4 inches) during those days so the fenced yard was much appreciated. The house is spacious and was very clean. The couches and beds were very comfortable. But the house is showing its age and could use a little TLC. The lighting is insufficient IMO - especially on dark rainy days. There was no way to make ice. No blackout curtains. Cracked floor tiles and there is no decor to speak of. The neighborhood seems safe and is very...

« Great hosts and perfect for larger groups »

« Thank you for a comfortable stay. Plenty of room for the kids. We wanted to sweep and mop, but never found a broom or mop. Everything was awesome! Thank you! »

« The host was very communicative and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and I can’t say I had any bad experiences. »
