We were comfortable during this season of cold mornings and hot afternoons as the furnace/AC unit easily transitioned from heat to cool.This is a convenient location when exploring the east side of Mesa and an easy commute to the Phoenix airport.The owner readily responds to any questions or concerns. »

« Absolutely fabulous property, better than advertised...I'd give 6 stars if I could. Very spacious, spotlessly clean, with attention to everything you would need for a stay. We were there for 7 days and didn't need/want for anything. Homeowners were very responsive, answering questions in just a couple of minutes. Big takeaway was location...you felt like you were in the middle of the desert with privacy and views, but a mere 3 minutes to shopping and 5 to restaurants...lots to do in the...

« It was a pleasant stay. The place is very close our relative’s house. Only 4 minute drive. It would be nice if more people can stay in the livingroom area with more chairs . But it was so pleasant. The parking was plenty. We had 4 families got together. The supplies were plenty. I cannot ask for more, Thank you. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this Fountain Hills home. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor area was a great place to hang out with our family....large hot tub, wonderful pool, comfortable chairs and the putting green was a plus. Beautiful sunrises over the mountains and we even saw wild horses. The home was very spacious and comfortable. The host was very responsive and attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again. »
