« My family enjoyed a peaceful and private stay on Lake Champlain in this comfortable home. The house had everything that we needed and Leonard was easy to get in touch with. The shallow water dock is good for launching the provided kayak, but we used it to step onto our own paddle boards or relax in the chaise lounges. The sunrises are beautiful here too! »

« We visited in the summer…Spacious with room to spread out. Clean with all the things you need. Good communication. Laundry area a little spooky but great working laundry area. »

« This house was just great! Beautifully renovated old house with lots of amenities to make it very comfortable. The location, just off the Central Park in Brandon was perfect for restaurants and strolling the downtown. The host was attentive and easy to reach. Highly recommended this house. »

From the moment we stepped inside, we were blown away by how spacious and welcoming the property felt. « Great place »

« We had a great stay on beautiful property. Oy 2 little mishaps the code provided did not work but easily resolved. Second some mice or bat dropping near grill area and table yet they offered to come clean asap and allowed us to do late check out. Would definitely stay again!! Everything else was clean and the different floors offered everyone their own privacy it waa great! »

« The house more than fit the needs of our large family. Plenty of sleeping spaces, play space and a large kitchen and dining area. We were thrilled with how well stocked the kitchen was with equipment and supplies. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub. Warren is close to so many things to do! The only thing we would find fault with is that some of the mattresses are uncomfortable. Our thanks to our hosts who were very gracious answering our questions. »

« Beautiful spot on Lake Champlain! The screened-in porch was fabulous, and the house was comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. We enjoyed taking out the canoe and kayaks, playing corn hole, and exploring the Crown Point area, Ticonderoga, and Vermont towns. Returning to the quiet beauty of the lake house after outings was wonderful. »

« This was an amazing property. The check in process was easy. The views from the deck were breathtaking looking out over Lake Champlain with the Adirondacks as the backdrop. The house had everything you need from the well supplied kitchen to the comfortable king sized bed. The hosts (Barbs) were also so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this rental. « This house was wonderful. Our party of six had plenty of space to stretch out and also areas to gather. A particular highlight was the Jacuzzi, which was beautiful and easy to access. Another phenomenal amenity is the large fireplace connected to both the dining area and living room. We will definitely be coming back here in the future. »

« This place hit all the boxes for our annual family trip. For context, that included 7 adults and 5 kids. The place: Plenty of space on the main floor for everyone to get together. 3 large bedrooms upstairs, and 2 on the basement level - one has bunk beds. There’s also an in-law style studio apartment above the garage, so 1 of the couples had a nice from the kids. Plenty of cooking items, plates, cups…and I appreciate the full spice rack, coffee, and other things that are annoying to run out to...

« Our family vacation at The Rocks was amazing. The house had everything we would have wanted. The view of Lake Champlain and the mountains in New York is stunning and easily visible from various points on the property.I have been vacationing at Long Point for decades. It’s a tradition my grandfather started. The Rocks is by far the nicest house where we have ever stayed. The fact that all bedrooms had window air conditioners made sleeping at night extremely comfortable. We would definitely return...
