« I am not sure how this hotel has such high rating. For the 60 € per night I would expect at least clean bedding. Generally it was not clean. The staff was really helpful. The location is not amazing - far from Laxman Jhula, 15-20 min walk from Ram Jhula. Generally way too expensive for what it offers. »

« The wifi was pathetic, no internet on the wifi whatsoever, even I have to get addition data packs on my airtel network to use the internet at night, but then too, airtel signal is also very weak in there. I have not seen such bad wifi network in any 5* hotels I've stayed, please spend some money and upgrade your wifi/speeds as this is not cheap hotel and people expect good wifi, specially when travelling. « I do not recommend this property for the following reasons: Location- terrible. We couldn't find any mode of transport to the Ghats & market. There is also no sign board on the road to guide you to this place and one has to ask around people on street, guards to help if they help. Service- our food order arrived 30+ minutes late and after several follow-ups. Aircons have no remote so you need to keep furniture to stand on and then reach for the controls. Bathrooms - the washbasin taps open...

« The view is anazing. Everything else is not so good. This is the 4th and last visit. It has been getting worse and worse. I had to buy Detol and cloths to clean the bathroom, it smelt mouldy. The 2 boys tried to be helpful but the hotel is being run down. They have outsourced the food so you cant just buy Chi. You have to buy food with it and on Tuesday they wanted me to break my fast so I could have Chi. Very sad. »
