Nos appartements pour week-ends à louer à Riva

« A nice, clean, roomy place at a good price--gotta love that. The walk-out basement apartment was located in a compound of units on a quiet dead-end street. This unit is actually toward the back and I spent a little time searching for it. Once there, access to the key and apartment was no problem. The home was well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies, and bedding. Would definitely stay there again. »

« We had a great stay at the pool loft. The property was clean, well appointed and the pool was an added bonus to cool off after a hot July day. The hosts were very friendly and responded to every need immediately. There was a shopping center with a large grocery store, pharmacy and a few restaurants one mile up the road which was very convenient and easy access to highways. My two daughters and I stayed for almost two weeks while waiting for our new home to be ready for move in. It became a...

« The apartment was roomy. Plenty of room for our pups and our twin granddaughters when we babysat them. The property outside does not appear to being cared for. The apartment is over the garage of a house. And, as said in a previous review, the bed is not a queen...it is definitely just a full. The location itself is quiet and easy to walk around just a few houses down from the ocean. »

« The carriage house was fantastic, my daughters and wife loved the feel and decor. We were passing through Annapolis on the way home from vacation and decided to visit overnight. We would have gladly stayed longer if I did not have commitments. The home had everything we needed, was as described and was even nicer than the photos. Communication with the hosts was easy, informative, and timely. The neighborhood is wonderful, the trail was a bonus as a way to walk to town and invites you to enjoy...

« The location was very close to downtown Annapolis and many of the wonderful restaurants on West Street, including the Ram‘s Head Tavern. The mattress was very comfortable. The home was small but had everything anyone could possibly need. The communication with the property management company was excellent. We especially enjoyed the 2025 Army Navy game add M&T Stadium in Baltimore. It was a short trip to the light rail. »

« Jen was an amazing host. The property was meticulously maintained. She made sure we had everything we needed! Shen created an environment where we could socialize with other guests or keep to ourselves. She made plenty of recommendations for local eateries and entertainment. We would definitely stay again! »

« Need lights around the back where you check in at. No tv in bedroom. Just two towels and no bath clothes. Need curtains in bedroom. We had to sleep at foot of bed because our head sunk at top of bed. Really no where to park but on street. A good walk from the street to round back where you go in. The place ain't bad but needs to get it right for people to enjoy their stay. »

« This small, simple apartment certainly met my family of five’s needs for our overnight trip to DC. It was clean, and located in what appeared to be a safe, quiet neighborhood near the Benning Rd. Metro stop. The owner was also easy to get in touch with, and parking was free and abundant. Check-in was easy, and the beds were comfortable. For someone only looking for a place to crash for the night, this offering is ideal. However, it was very small and offered no living space, so it may not be the...
