« Not being properly maintained. An elevator button in the lobby was not working, with a paper sign on it. Water was constantly dripping from something in the exterior ceiling onto the concrete where you exit the lobby to the rear parking lot. There was a tear in the wallpaper in our bathroom and a chip in the tub. When we tried to check in at the front desk, nobody was there, simply a sign saying someone would eventually return. « Overall, this was an excellent hotel and we would stay again. My major complaint is that the breakfast food, which we had to pay for, was largely missing. The hotel did not staff the breakfast area competently. I should have asked for a refund. »

« This hotel is an older hotel without many updates. The only thing that was not satisfactory to me was the cleanliness of the jacuzzi tub. Probably old and just time of use. But overall, this hotel suited my needs, room was clean, convenient for where i needed to be, felt safe and the staf was awesome! My stay was great and if I need to stay in the area again, i will definitely be back. Thank you for a clean and great nights rest. »

« I wanted to extend my stay but the price went up by more than double, I asked if they matched hotels in the area and they said no. I checked out and gave their competition my money for another 5 nights! The breakfast was the same thing for my 3 night stay so nothing great. French toast sticks were so hard you couldnt bite into them. I own a business and if someone wanted competitor pricing I would give it to them as I do not want to lose them as a customer! »

« Our room was smokeless but it still smelt like smoke… the Fridge wasn’t fully cleaned… & the cabinets were a bit old & bear up. But I felt safe since they lock the front doors at 8pm. The staff was welcoming, which is so nice with a late check in (10pm). It worked for what we needed. »
