« This hotel is outstanding. A 10/10 »

« The staff was very welcoming and helpful, even coming to my room with me to show me how everything worked. That is pretty amazing service! The location was fantastic... a few steps to restaurants, shops and the Arena. City underground parking was about a 10 minute walk away but I was happy to have the car secured since I didn't need it while I was in Verona. The room had everything I needed, and was clean and modern. I recommend ItalianFlat highly. »

« We spent 2 nights at the Escalus Luxury Suites, our stay was amazing. The room was super comfortable, with high end furniture and bedding, and the staff was super pleasant and attentive. In addition, the location is great to reach everything in the città antica. I recommend! »

« Room qas very spacious, very clean. Directions to get into the property and room with codes were explained very well. Location is excellent with 10 min to train station and walking distance to all major tourist spots. We loved our stay and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Verona. »

« We absolutely loved this studio. It was so spacious, spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable, even better than we expected. The staff were amazing and always so responsive whenever we needed anything, no matter the time, which made our stay feel so easy and welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Verona and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We will 100% be staying here every time we come back to Verona. Couldn’t recommend it enough! »

« Personale molto gentile, pulito, calm, serenità »

« Very basic. No WiFi. No TV. Few power sockets. Wonky shower head that sprayed water in every direction. »

« Situation parfaite, calme, pkg, accueil. »

« The owner was very helpful, I asked for a kettle and there was one waiting when we got there. She checked everything was ok , after we had done self checkin and check out. The location is a further out than we expected, we knew it wasn’t near the lake, but there was nothing near by , you definitely need a car … Fridge in room , and a microwave in the hall for everyone to use . It’s above a pizza restaurant , so you can eat there some nights ( wasn’t open Tuesday) but it was over the weekend....
