« The house itself was amazing. I’m in awe how they built it on the side of the mountain. The layout of the house was awesome for 5 couples. Our host Rehanna Walker was always so quick to help whenever we needed anything. We needed another 5 gallon water jug and she got it to us within the hour. « I brought my daughter and her friend over on the ferry(very easy)from STJ for a short spring break get away. The property was amazing. It was clean, convenient for what we wanted to do, and had an amazing view. « Our Villa was everything advertised and more. The pictures of the property and landscapes does not compare to being there in person. We woke every morning to coffee, breakfast, and stunning sunrises from the terrace balcony. Evenings consisted of cocktails and breathtaking sunsets. Our group of 8 had plenty of room to congregate comfortably without feeling crowded. I have been to the USVI and BVI multiple times with large groups and this Villa and Staff outshined them all. « Amazing view and amazing breeze! And oh by the way, down the hill from the property is the best beach of all time! Sand on that beach is like walking on a cloud. Shared the beach with one other couple only half of the time we were on it. Clear water, decent size waves (end of May) vs other beaches with zero waves. But we ate dinner on the deck every night thanks to that breeze and view. Other parts of the island have stagnant air resulting in too much eat and mosquito problems. Not Cooten...
