Die beste Strandlage am West Bay Beach !!! Diese 2500 Quadratmeter, 3 Schlafzimmer, 3 BĂ€der, zweistöckige Wohnung ist brandneu und sehr gerĂ€umig. Es liegt direkt am Strand in West Bay. Es ist nah an alles und doch sehr ruhig und privat. Sie erhalten den Personenverkehr nicht von den Kreuzfahrtschiffen. Das Wassertaxi kommt direkt vor Ihrer TĂŒr.

Es gibt nur 6 Eigentumswohnungen in diesem Projekt. Es gibt zwei große Innenhöfe, von denen aus Sie die unglaubliche Aussicht genießen können. Wir sind komplett bis hin zu BBQ und StrandtĂŒchern eingerichtet. Weitere Informationen und Bilder finden Sie auf unserer Website. Nice beach house with private beach access. Close enough to the resorts and restaurants for east walking access, but nicely tucked away to avoid the cruise ship crowds.

Beautiful beachside villa. Pleanty of room for a family of six adults. Bring along any extras you might need. Plenty of spices in the kitchen, books on the shelves, kayaks to play with. Wonderful experience.

Beautiful location, beautiful condo with everything you need! Beach right in front of condo is beautiful and convenient. Walking distance to both west bay r and west end but enjoyed being a few feet away from the business of west bay. The restaurant right beside the condo has the best happy hour and drinks as well as delicious food!!! Water taxis come right to location. The condo had full kitchen with dishes for eating and cooking pots and utensils The balcony view is stunning to wake up to. Debbie was a very responsive host, Kyle was easy to contact if you needed anything on the property and check in and out were seamless. We had no issues in a 7 day stay. Would highly recommend. We will be back for sure.

The condo is perfect, clean, plenty of space (our group 6 adults) and has everything you need. Private location right on the beach. Only 100 ft walk to start of restaurants. Owner was amazing. Communicated all details we could've needed. The property manager was great, on time and provided all details. Overall, was a great experience from booking to checking out.

Had another great week at one of the best locations in West Bay! Villa was clean and spacious with all the amenities and more we would ever need. Host was very attentive, informative and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Thanks again for everything Debbie!

A group of six adults, 50 years old, stayed for two weeks. Everything was out as expected. The location is wonderful. Lots of room for all of us to have a separate place to sleep and shower. Kitchen, well appointed, and the outside area very user-friendly. Would love to stay here again. Lots of useful advice from the property manager as well. And transportation was also sorted out with the owner and the property manager. Made everything super easy.

This is a fantastic condo for families. The bedroom spaces allow for privacy and the living spaces and outdoor patios are large enough for lounging together to visit and eat. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Debbie, the owner is very responsive and so was Kyle the property manager. We did have a few deferred maintenance issues with a toilet and shower head, that were handled immediately. This is an older condo with older plumbing and features. We would stay here again, the location truly could not be beat!

Spacious beachfront townhome a short walk to all the activity in West Bay Beach but located on a private stretch of beach. We brought our paddle boards and launched right in front of the house. Our family of 6 (parents and kids 19, 15, 13 and 12) had plenty of space to spread out. The sunsets from the deck were amazing, and macaws visited most mornings. Debbie’s local host Kyle was helpful and responsive, and Debbie’s recommendations for transportation and activities were great. Marisela and her sisters own Rides Roatán- strongly recommend arranging your transportation with them.

“Location location location” is not a joke! It was perfect. Located next to Las Rocas Resort and Dive Center, West Bay Beach was just a few minute walk through the resort to West Bay Beach. The resort had a restaurant and bar with a deck overlooking the water. The best part was how quiet our condo location was compared to West Bay Beach. We would go to the beach to snorkel, get massages, hair braided and buy stuff. There was music and people everywhere, but when we’d get back to the condo, it was nice and quiet. No one trying to sell you stuff and no loud music. You could relax by the pool or take a nap in peace. The condo balconies were perfect for morning coffee and watching the sun rise. A pair of macaws would fly over every morning. I have to tell you that Debbie and Conny were wonderful. Our vacation was affected by Hurricane Beryl. We were to arrive on a Tuesday, but United informed us that we we could either get to Roatan on Sunday or Thursday. Well of course we decided on Sunday. Well Debbie told us the condo was not available, as the cleaning crew would not be able to get to it in time. We had to find a place for Sunday and Monday. Debbie was awesome. She gave me the names for three places to contact. Anyway I had rented a Jeep and needed to check in early to drop off luggage and pick up my son and his girlfriend at the airport. Debbie let us check in early. What a lifesaver! Conny met us at the condo and I picked them up on time. We will definitely be back!!

We had a great week in RoatĂĄn. This was a really nice rental. Literally right on the beach/ocean. Close walk to restaurants. The owner was a great help over the phone before we got there. She helped with suggestions and arranging drivers for us when we needed them to tour the island and get to the rental from the airport. Probably sleeps 8 more comfortably than 9. But there were 9 of us and we knew the arrangements before we got there so no problem. Would definitely stay here again if I returned to RoatĂĄn.

Only negative, but a big one: misleading posting of three bedrooms with one king bed, two queen beds, two twin beds, love seat futon and a couch futon. Everything correct except the twin beds were actually mats on the floor! Which would have been fine for young kids; but, they were very uncomfortable for adults.

First of all let’s begin by saying that all this property manager cares about is money and not maintaining the property. When I reserved the place it was 5 adults and 2 children ages 13 and 16 which when I made the reservation it asked for the ages. Last minute change another adult decided to come which I was ok with because it said it slept 10 and according to the way the bedrooms were put in the description we would have extra beds anyway. Well when we got there the bedrooms were nothing like it was described online. When we called her to question the bedrooms her focus was that we had an extra adult there and we were going to have to pay for this person which we had no problem but then my biggest problem is that my kids had to sleep on the floor on these jail looking mattresses the bed in the top floor feels like you are sleeping on a box spring and the futon the mattress is so thin you could feel the metal frame. There was no water pressure in the house. The owner Debbie attitude is horrible and condescending Conny on the other hand is the middle person and has better communication and responds right away.

Beautiful location, spacious, appeciated the keyless entry and the property manager was very responsive re: questions and trouble shooting. Appreciated the privacy of the location and proximity to the water, but close enough to take a sea taxi to West End. In addition really loved being able to walk on the boardwalk to get to the other Bay area, for beach bars and restaurants. We enoyed swimming and snorkelling to the 2 reefs just in front of the condo, overall excellent for snorkelling and the scuba diving we did. Appreciated the jugs of water and ease of replacement of same, just outside the property. Watch out for the invisable sand fleas, we were bitten pretty bad, until we realized the need to spray our legs down if walking in the sand. The pool was under construction when we where there for the 2 weeks. We look forward to returning in 2 years time and being able to go for a dip. The outdoor shower and hose was great, after coming out of the salt water. Loved that we had the use of a gas bbq, we used this several times. There were 5 of us staying the first week and and 4 of us for the 2nd week, the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was wonderful to have (2nd floor and 3rd floor).

Great location with amazing view right on the beach. Quite but close to the action of West Bay and West end. Only bad thing was that the pool was out of commission while we were there but really wasn’t a big issue as the beach and ocean are at your door step.

The Villa is located on the beach and a short walk to everything. The sunset from the deck was amazing. Debbie the host was wonderful and really cared about making the vacation easy and enjoyable. This was a perfect place for our family.

This rental condo was exactly as described and was extremely convenient to all sorts of water activities and restaurants but without the noise. Nice touches — labels on light and fan switches and plenty of basic supplies — made this condo easy to navigate. Owner had nice artwork, books and games — and a wonderful local property manager who was very responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I don't think you'll find a better location to stay in Roatan! Solitude of your own beach just 30 steps from the door but a very short walk to the vibrant life of beautiful West Bay beach. We were blessed to see toucans every morning in the trees as we had our morning coffee on the deck. They were such a treat! The shining star of this condo is the master bedroom with an amazing view. What a great way to wake up every morning! The dive shop next door was good to work with and super convenient for renting snorkel gear. The bar/restaurant next door has a great happy hour and their deck has an excellent vibe! Debbie the condo owner and Conny her property manager were very easy to contact if needed. Overall we had a great week and would definitely go back!

Location Location Location...the condo is close to everything yet secluded enough to get away from it all. Everything is within walking distance..steps to the beach for great snorkeling, small walk on the beach to so many restaurants and activities. The most beautiful beach you have ever seen. A rental car is not needed since there are water taxis to take you from West Bay to West end. We really likes that everything seemed to quite down around 9pm or so, not that it was ever loud.
