« First they have an excellent General Manager (Quanetta Campbell). All of the employees of the hotel seem to function as a team! The housekeepers,the kitchen staff, and the desk clerks are so accommodating. My room was spotless. I had my little dog with me and the hotel is very pet friendly. « This hotel was good for an overnight but had some quirks and the neighborhood feels sketchy. Our room smelled... odd. But I think it may have been a combination of the cleaning products used, and the building being old. There's a weird door entry situation where you have a door from the hallway to your room, but also from your room to the parking lot. It was odd and didn't feel super secure, but I was armed, so not too worried. Your room key does not open the door that goes to the parking...

« Everything was new, clean, and easily accessible. The room was always a bit cool, possibly because of the high ceilings, which were at least very "cool" to look at. The one waste basket was hidden -- behind the toilet which was also in the corner. Small detail, but a cause of concern since we were piling up Kleenex and scrap paper by the tv until we finally saw it.
