Sehr kleines und nicht wirklich geputztes Zimmer. Keinerlei Sitzmöglichkeit. Nur zum Schlafen hat es für eine Nacht gereicht, darüber hinaus aber nicht zu empfehlen.

Three of those there was no hot water at all. The first night there was no TV. The next three nights of TV had channels but not very many. I feel very bad for the staff who has to try and make excuses for the problems that belong to the property. And I must say the staff is very polite and courteous. Over all the room was clean.

The room provided to bath towels and one bath mat; no wash clothes, no hand towels. One of the bath towels and the bath mat were stained as if they had been used to mop up a muddy floor and then unsuccessfully washed. I went out to Target to buy towels and wash clothes for my daughter and myself. The floor of the room needed to be both swept thoroughly and washed.

The room did not have a table between the beds. the phone was on the floor, the fridge was running but hot and stinks. The handle on the boor to the bathroom was broken. When taking a shower the tub would fill with water and a drain very slowly.The TV had no channel selections. plus not enough towels. We stayed at this hotel 2 years ago and it was not this bad!!!!! will never go to this hotel again

The room is quite dirty. The floors haven’t been swept in quite sometime. There are sticky stains on the end table and the tub has red streak marks all over it, hoping it’s rust. The sheets have a lot of stains on them where they were tucked in. The floor of the bathroom has dirt everywhere. The bed is comfortable enough and we just needed a quick place to sleep. Probably won’t use again but we do like the proximity to the campus and how close it is to places to eat.

The worst hotel I ever stayed, first, they charged me $30 more than I booked by Expedia, Second, due to uncleanliness and bad conditions of the hotel I checked out before I stayed my whole time and they never refund my unuse money, I informed the front desk for early check out and they told me they will refund my money but they didn’t although I contacted Expedia many times, Additionally, the toilet was not working, the bed was dirty, no towel, no toilet paper, the customer service was rude and unprofessional. It was the worst hotel i ever stayed, please don’t reserve at this property if you value yourself and your money.

Lady at the desk was a gem. She was patient and prompt with assistance. However, 1st room we checked into was dirty still. Wash cloths and towels still had makeup and dirt. Bathroom floor had pee on the floor. Bed was made but had dirty sheets like someone ate Cheetos. Next room was only cleaned to the minimum. New towels and new sheets. Smelled really bad of smoke. Both rooms had running toilets and one had stopped up sink and tub.

Overall the worst conditions we have stayed in.
The desk staff were friendly upon arrival . The room had a terrible smell and was quite dirty particularly the floor. There was a small area rug under the beds that was beyond dirty, and the smell was nauseating. I found three baby cockroach crawling on the walls. No bed bugs thankfully . The bedding actually had a clean smell to it.
