Hotel Rock Spring

« Wonderful home away from home. Susan was very helpful and quick to respond. Everything was stocked and clean. The animals are friendly and loved the children. »

« Breakfast was great! Very affordable room but very basic and small. »

« The staff that checked us out was sarcastic and rude - the elevator was broken and the front lights were off so it was pitch black at the entrance. The bed sheets weren’t clean, the toilet was broken and the rude clerk refused a refund. Absolute joke of a stay. »

« Very clean, very comfortable bed, friendly staff. »

« Great »

« The room was ok, but the bed was like sleeping on the foor. However, the floor definitely looked like it had been clean in years. »

« Chambre correcte et propre »

« Great location in Chatt! Clean and friendly staff. Would totally recommend! »

« 👍 »

« Floors need cleaning »

« The room was not ready on time and staff was nonchalant about it. The room was not cleaned properly and the shower soaps were empty. The facility was fully booked and over priced. No doubt they were not adequately staffed for being fully booked which does not change the facts! Very disappointing as previous stay was great. »
