Hi Stephen as I previously responded to you with the following - I have personally checked the toilet in your room and am unable to find a problem. When you checked out you didn't say to me there was a problem with it, when we had a discussion. I have gone thru all details of your booking and can find nothing requested from Expedia in relation to breakfast, I will email copies of what we received for the booking if you require it, We have always had a continental style breakfast and 99.9% of our guests are happy with a free breakfast (not flash but sustainable). I have checked our phone logs and we sent you a text with the details of the room at 6.10pm on the 21/6/23 and again at 7.58pm 21/6/23 after receiving 1 phone call at 7.57pm, and none on our mobile - the only prior call we had was at 4.44pm on the 20/6/23 for 1.53min. In relation to the room rate the room you were in is a fully renovated room not a basic room and the sign does say rooms from 79.00. We are sorry that you didn't find it a good experience however we always try to do our best and look after our guest's needs. Graham & Barb

We have very strict no smoking policies in our rooms, however not everybody does the correct things. Our housekeepers can usually get all the smells out of the rooms.

All internal walls are concrete, and i will pass it on to the housekeepers the about refreshing of rooms. we are in the process of renovating all the rooms and do appreciate your feedback.
