« A comfortable and nicely appointed hotel in the centre of the town.
Many hotels allow early check-in if rooms are available, but NOT the Hampton by Hilton. You pay £10 per hour extra. A very disappointing practice. Low-cost airlines charge for every little extra; it seems that there are low-cost hotels! »

« Cadre de l'hôtel dans vieux château. Mais décoration et aménagement de la chambre très basique et quelconque.

« The Village Inn was the perfect place for a stopover while travelling further south. Ideally located a short distance from Northallerton. Large car park, restaurant with a really good menu choice and very reasonably priced. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with heating you can control yourself. Powerful shower and very hot water. Breakfast was great, with choices of full English, Vegan, cereals etc.
I would highly recommend the Village Inn to everybody looking for somewhere to stay...
