Ramp is right behind the house and also several slips. So easy with the boat! So much room and all rooms are decorated for lake life. We took our lab and he loved being so close to the water. „This property is amazing! It is set in the hills of the Ozarks not far from the lake and shopping, but very private on 3 acres bordered by woods, creek and hay field. We had too terriers with us and they roamed until their hearts were content and had a real time trying to catch a groundhog. It was a great adventure for them and totally wore them out.The check-in was flawless, as Cindy had the lights on and house ready for us. „Perfect for large groups. Lots of space and activities for the kids to be occupied and the adults to have simultaneous adult time. We love the multiple living areas. The video games kept kids and adults entertained and the middle level dining table is perfect for board games. We weren’t able to use the pool this time, but did enjoy the hot tub.“

„Good communication with host. House was very clean. It’s the lake and there are bugs but what are you going to do about that! Some bug lights outside might help from the bugs swarming into the house when you open the doors at night but it didn’t bother us too much. The view is beautiful. We stayed during a boat race weekend and since the house is on the main channel the water was a little to rough for us to enjoy swimming of the doc but on more quite days I’m sure it would be possible.
