« This is a beautifully renovated hotel a short drive or bus ride from Brighton. The bus comes every 10 minutes and it’s a pretty drive into town. Our room had a gorgeous view over the south downs and the sea. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was lovely. The bed was super comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. Would definitely recommend. »

« Appartement très confortable et spacieux. Très bien placé. Literie confortable. Manque de propreté. Personne de plus de 1m90 s'abstenir. »

« Clean room. Nice quirky hotel/guest house. Good location. Helpful friendly staff on arrival. No front desk but WhatsApp contact details given. Air conditioning unit very noisy and cannot use without the window open. Good for a stay in the cooler weather out of season but wouldn’t recommend for the weather we are currently having. Ear plugs were supplied by the hotel but I don’t find them comfortable to wear to sleep. I would definitely stay again just not in August. »

« Beautiful studio in an absolute excellent location. Can’t wait to come back!! »

« The place is in a perfect location for The Lanes, the Pier, and Royal Pavillion and had everything we needed. Sadly the plumbing is a bit annoying and we had to turn the faucet for ages to get water ... maybe a note in the welcome package would prevent any surprise on that front ;) We stayed during the heatwave and thanks to its location and the big windows the temperature in the room did drop during the night (the fan provided in the room and the mutilple earplugs were a nice touch thank...

« Difficult to rate staff as no staff! Check in automated which needed to be completed probably day before with photo ID. Room clean and well presented. Bed comfortable. Stairs to bedroom on top floor were fine for me but might be a challenge for someone less mobile. Good location. »
