Agréable week-end
Agréable week-end entre amis, tout est très bien installé et il y a tout le nécessaire pour les enfants et les adultes. Nous avons été très bien accueilli et sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Week end très agréable
Très agréable week-end à Roffey... en même temps la chance était avec nous, le soleil était au rendez-vous. Nous avons donc pu profiter pleinement de la piscine, du jacuzzi, de la terrasse n, son barbecue et sa cuisine extérieure. Un séjour réussi

Grand salon, jacuzzi et piscine chauffée très agréables fin octobre, mais manque d'indépendance
Il est indiqué une maison 4 étoiles, certes, mais qui n'est nullement indépendante, puisque la maison des propriétaires s'imbrique, totalement, dans la location (avec des portes indiquant "privé"), qu'il n'y a pas de séparation des jardins et que les propriétaires circulent dans l'espace réservé à la location.

Pourquoi un locataire, s'étant déclaré ravi de son séjour chez nous lors de son départ et ayant apprécié nos conseils pour profiter de la fête des vins de Chablis se plaint-il ensuite de notre présence? Sur mon site le descriptif et plans de la maison indiquent que parfois nous occupons notre partie mitoyenne et notre présence n'est pas intrusive, mais l'entretien du SPA, réservé exclusivement aux locataires, exige des traitements de 5 mn, très tôt le matin quand tous dorment encore. Lors de nos nombreuses absences, c'est mon employée qui intervient comme indiqué dans le descriptif. Il est bien commode pour un locataire, d'arriver à l'heure qui lui convient et d'obtenir des aménagements de couchages qu'il n'avait pas précisés et là il ne saurait se plaindre d'avoir à faire au propriétaire.

Super French stay Roffey
Just come back from a wonderful week stay at this Roffey property. Exactly how it was described and perfect for our dads 70th birthday treat. 6 adults and 2 children , plenty of space, pool and hot tub made it extra special . It was also a great location for visiting Chablis and many other picture perfect villages. The host was always helpful with any questions and replied promptly to any messages. I would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be returning to explore more of the area.

The perfect stay!
The house is very tidy and offers many possibilities. The biggest advantages is certainly the covered terrace where you can sit outside all night and go in the jaccuzzi whenever you like. The neighbourhood is very quite, but bigger cities are within driving distance. A special mention to the employee Laurence who was very communicative, gave us an excellent explanation at check-in and check-out!

A fantastic house for a big family holiday
My husband and I spent a week at this charming house and celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with our parents, children and grandchildren, along with our dog. There were ten adults and four children ranging from one to five years old. We were warmly greeted by Christine who showed us round and explained everything. It was useful that there was a downstairs room with bathroom for my Mother who is eighty nine and struggles with stairs. The two rooms upstairs with air conditioning were used by the parents with young children. It was great having one communal room with lounge and dining room and kitchen, although the most part of our holiday was spent around the pool and on the outside terrace which has its own kitchen. The pool was a great success and enjoyed by all. The hot tub was also a huge hit. There was plenty of seating and play activities, including the table tennis table. We all had a lovely time and the weather was glorious! With our young children we had to be highly vigilant given that the pool was not fenced off but with arm bands and swimming aids the children benefited from swimming every day. Our only slight concern was the extra payment for electricity used over the allowance. We used the air con and heated the hot tub every day during our stay and it was about 65 euros extra, so not too bad! All in all we had an excellent time staying at the house and we would strongly recommend it. Thank you to Christine and M and Madam Ragot.
