„The house was nice but could use some TLC. One of the downstair rooms needs a new mattress, the benches in the living room are in need of repair, and both showers upstairs need new shower heads. Overall, it is a comfortable house close to the rainforest and the Luquillo beaches.“

There are several great beaches close by, the rainforest was easy to get to and we were not far from the Ferry.It is a great condo with lots of space. The outdoor area was very nice and had a view of the ocean down to the marina.We would definitely stay again if our travels bring us back to Puerto Rico!“

„We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. „As we pulled into the parking lot for the house, the front looked more modest than we expected. Be patient, because everything else was wonderful and met or exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was spacious, well stocked and in great condition. The bedrooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. The common areas are well taken care of and have great seating for large groups. „This space is designed to immerse you in the beauty of the coastal waters. The two upstairs bedrooms are the only traditional "enclosed" rooms featuring a view of the sea, AC and their own toilet/sink. There is a shared semi-enclosed bath tub, toilet and shower in addition on the ground floor. Otherwise, the kitchen area is essentially outside and open. „The check-in was so easy! And the kitchen had all the necessities you would need to cook. The airfryer/stove was a little difficult to figure out but other than that it was great. The AC units worked amazing in the humidity of the island. The only thing was that the drains in the shower weren't draining right but it was manageable. The host was great and responded to my messages in a timely manner. Thank you for allowing us to stay! “
