„Our family of four (2 kids 17 & 22) stayed here the week of the July 4th holiday. The location is about a 35min drive from San Juan but super easy to get to. We'd previously stayed in San Juan but ended up preferring this because it's not so crowded. The property is literally on the beach and two pools are just down the elevator from the unit. It was quiet and also convenient to our tourists sites. (El Yunque, Bio Bay, Snorkel Tours etc). The owner was very accommodating and responsive ...

„We had an amazing stay. Solimar Villa has everything you will need. Very clean and Beautiful. There are many pools within the gated community. The plaza is about a 2 minute drive and it has many bars and restaurants with a Piano Bar. You can also rent golf carts and get around the entire community. There was also a high chair and play pin for my 9 month old baby. I will plan to stay here again. Such a great stay! “

„great communication, clean, provided pretty much anything you can think of- beach towels, sunscreen, wifi, laundry/dish supplies etc. location was great, you’re basically enclosed in the same area as the wyndham resort so you’re really close to a ton of restaurants- about a 15 minute walk. We did end up renting a car but mostly because we had a wedding in Condado and events that we had to travel back and forth to but if you don’t mind walking you really don’t need one. „Walking into the condo I was greeted with a fresh clean smell. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view from both the living room and master bedroom. We spent two days sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean breeze and view. There were a few issues, but the owner was quick to respond. The washer machine was still leaking and is very old. „La villa es amplia, tranquila y queda a pasos de dos piscinas y la playa. Posee todo lo necesario para cocinar. Tiene estacionamiento en cualquier área del complejo. Lo único que deben mejorar es uno de los sofá cama que no se convierte en sofá porque está roto, una silla del comedor que está rota y la ducha que se queda goteando todo el tiempo. "Frisch renoviertes Hotel. Man gibt sich viel Mühe mit der Umgebung des Hotels. Der Pool und die Terasse gegen das Meer haben uns gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war etwas einfach ausgestattet und dürfte mehr Lampen haben (warum z.B. hat nur ein Nachttisch eine Lampe?) aber wir haben gut geschlafen. In Fussweite gibt es Strände und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Die Informationen für den Check-In dürften früher kommen, weil ausländische Gäste nicht immer Roaming haben - Tip für neue Gäste: Das WLAN-Passwort steht bei der Reception an der Wand."

"The hotel is all right. Pitty they do not offer any breakfast at the hotel. There is a microwave, a coffee machine and a mini oven close to the reception so you can prepare your own meals and have coffee but nothing to boil water. The swimming pool is nice, but it is not possible to have a sunbath laying flat because there are no deckchairs. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. It was badly smelling with chlorine though."
