« Family room was a really good size. Newly refurbished stable rooms on the ground floor. Conveniently located for main roads into the town and walkable in 15 minutes to centre of high street. Discount on a fabulous Nepalese restaurant. Car parking on site was free. »

« The Bell Inn was absolutely lovely. Our room was small but clean, comfortable and charming. But the real star of the stay was the restaurant itself— the food was excellent. The owners, Mark and Sarah, were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here! »

« Super accommodation. The staff are ultra attentive and the food is first class. Beautiful part of the world to stay in but maybe a little remote for some. Only slight drawback was we were housed in the ground floor room of the boathouse and the noise of people walking around in the room above is very loud. If they got up in the night it wakes you up. »

« Aucun accueil, tout de fait en libre service, car je n'ai vu personne durant tout le sejour dans un hôtel au demeurant tres agréable. A ne pas conseiller aux personnes ayant peur de la solitude et souhaitant être accueilli par du personnel, car il n'y a absolument personne dans l'hôtel. Comme pour le petit déjeuner prévu, mais inexistant. Experience tres bizarre. Pourtant les chambres ont tout le confort. »

« Good hotel, bed are confortable. Restaurant for the diner is good too. The breakfast needs to be improved. I should be able to select what I would like to eat & toast my breads myself. I lost 2 times more than 10 min in the morning to order & get what I want »

« Nous avons adoré ce pub. Nous y avons pris un verre, nous y avons diné, nous y avons logé pour une nuit. Tout était parfait ! Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec un large choix de formules. L'accueil était royal, notre hôte s'est montrée très accueillante et aux petits soins. Enfin, Ledbury est un très joli village so british. Nous y retournerons probablement ! »

« We had a lovely stay at the Royal Oak. Hannah was extremely helpful and was quick to respond when i accidentally deleted the message with the keycode! The room was extremely comfortable and clean. We had a superb meal in the pub, and the staff were very friendly. The room was peaceful and quiet, and we enjoyed the views and a glorious sunset. Im an early riser, and i spend some time identifying the birds in the location. Even a chicken popped in to say hello! My partner is diabetic and though...

« Excellent comfortable bed in large room. We had the king room, it was spotless and had everything you need, even a gusto coffee maker ! Food in the restaurant was excellent, as was the delicious breakfast. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. »

"Nous sommes un peu déçus… l’hôtel est en fait attenant au manoir et non dans le manoir. Nos chambres n’étaient pas très propres (draps salis, rideaux déchirés, trace de nourriture présente sur la moquette) mais spacieux (les enfants avaient leur propre chambre attenante). La piscine est un peu vieillotte. Le personnel est discret, poli mais un peu trop détaché des besoins des clients."

"L'accueil et le service pourrait être améliorés. Il y a très peu d'options pour déjeuner et dîner aux alentours, et sans pouvoir se déplacer en voiture, les repas sont très répétitifs mais aussi chers. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de service de restauration sur place ou, au moins, un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre. C'est un hôtel de bon standing, propre mais à ce tarif, un petit réfrigérateur devrait être installé de base dans les chambres. De plus, le téléviseur était un modèle ancien et de taille réduite... On espère mieux pour ce type d'hôtel et ce tarif. Dommage. "
