„This property worked great for our group of 6. House is very nice and clean, right on the canal and close to lots of great beaches and other stuff to do. Grill, kayaks and bikes were nice touches that we used.“

„It was beautiful especially Boca Grande, went on a charter fish trip which was amazing. The property was also amazing nice dock and canoed the first day it was fun but then we saw a lot of gators but overall would come again! “

„The swimming pool is super nice. It is heated so it had a nice temperature. The house had been renovated. But not perfectly. Let’s start with the upside:Very quiet neighborhood, nice swimming pool, ver nice kitchen. But there were also some downsides. There are screw head sticking out all along the pool. There were more beach chairs on the picture then actually available. There were no cushions for the outdoor furniture. Which made sitting not to comfortable. The 2nd bathroom has a walk in tub. ...

„Wonderful stay! All the amenities we needed without a bunch of added costs! This place was an amazing getaway for our family! I would highly suggest to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation in a beautiful home with a pool and close to the beach!“

„This property was very clean, appeared to be pretty new. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. The unit is a double, but we never saw/ heard from anyone on other side. The property manager was very prompt when we needed help. We might have done more cooking, but the kitchen equipment was pretty limited. I’d recommend it. The beds were very comfortable. “

„We enjoyed our stay at this clean new property. It was well stocked. Only issue we had was getting an uber/Lyft back to the house from Boca grande after the wedding but that has no impact on the home. Would highly recommend and would book again. “

"Wir haben als 4 köpfige Familie im Anschluss an einen kleinen Roadtrip eine Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Außenbereich ist einfach fantastisch mit wundervoller Aussicht. Wir haben es geliebt. Der Vermieter (Dave) war super freundlich und auch während unserer Woche dort unheimlich hilfsbereit. / Following a road trip, we spent a week in this wonderful house. It is nicely decorated and very well equipped. The Outdoor Pool area is just amazing, with the most wondeful view. We absolutely loved it. The landlord (Dave) was just great and very helpful, both before as well as during our stay. 5*****"
