„We enjoyed 2 weeks in Rotonda. The place was very spacious, well equipped & clean. The host (Mike) was very responsive to any questions. The dock was a great place for afternoon sitting. We especially enjoyed the beach at Stump Pass State Park. 5 golf courses within a few miles was an added benefit. “

„The swimming pool is super nice. It is heated so it had a nice temperature. The house had been renovated. But not perfectly. Let’s start with the upside:Very quiet neighborhood, nice swimming pool, ver nice kitchen. But there were also some downsides. There are screw head sticking out all along the pool. There were more beach chairs on the picture then actually available. There were no cushions for the outdoor furniture. Which made sitting not to comfortable. The 2nd bathroom has a walk in tub. ...

„This property was very clean, appeared to be pretty new. The location was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. The unit is a double, but we never saw/ heard from anyone on other side. The property manager was very prompt when we needed help. We might have done more cooking, but the kitchen equipment was pretty limited. I’d recommend it. The beds were very comfortable. “

„This is a beautiful home with tons of room. The master bedroom and bathroom are separated from two other bedrooms and another bathroom. Lots of privacy! The beds were perfect, very comfortable! Huge lanai with a nice lap pool. Unfortunately, the weather was the coldest I have ever experienced; mid to upper 20s a few mornings. This was not typical at all. Regardless, the pool was heated; I just did not try it. We had a small minor issue and 30 min after I called, it was fixed! Very nice people to ...

"Large, renovated house with spacious pool terrace facing south. Large garage with lots of beach gear. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds, 2 nice bathrooms, master bathroom with rain shower and, really great, a hand shower. Well equipped kitchen with good appliances. Very nice counter table in the window overlooking the pooldeck with expansive views of the golf course, pond and wildlife, great for breakfast with 2 people. Good AC, several fans. The crystal clear pool is a good size and a welcome cool down under the Florida sun. Very nice contact with the host! "
