„It was beautiful especially Boca Grande, went on a charter fish trip which was amazing. The property was also amazing nice dock and canoed the first day it was fun but then we saw a lot of gators but overall would come again! “

„Our family traveled here from PA after being on the road for hours, check in was easy, communication with property manager was impeccable, he was very prompt with returning calls or texts. The home was clean and very well put together. The pool was my kids favorite part. Little drive to the beach englewood was 15 mins away which was not bad at all. „We greatly enjoyed our stay here! The house and pool area were amazing. Very clean and accurate. I felt bad doing it but only gave 4/5 for the location because it is a bit of a drive to convenience stores (10-15 min). Which is fine - helps keep the area from being busy. Just something to prepare for. Our trip was somewhat last minute so needed to go back and forth a bit. With that said, the house was pretty well stocked for what you may need. Will definitely be booking again! “

„The swimming pool is super nice. It is heated so it had a nice temperature. The house had been renovated. But not perfectly. Let’s start with the upside:Very quiet neighborhood, nice swimming pool, ver nice kitchen. But there were also some downsides. There are screw head sticking out all along the pool. There were more beach chairs on the picture then actually available. There were no cushions for the outdoor furniture. Which made sitting not to comfortable. The 2nd bathroom has a walk in tub. ...

„We stayed for two months and found the home to be just what we needed for a relaxing getaway from the Minnesota cold! Really enjoyed the heated pool and nearby biking trail. We felt at home with everything we needed, comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Lynn was very responsive and a great host. We would definitely recommend!“

Der aufgestellte Ersatzgrill war ein Witz und es machte keine Freude ihn zu nutzen. Im Haus war die Sauberkeit eher unterer Durchschnitt; u. a. war das Innere des Ofens eine absolute Zumutung. „Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön. Die Aufteilung ist perfekt. Hilfreiche Tipps und Tricks vorhanden. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen - alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Mehr Küchengeräte als man braucht, wirklich an alles gedacht. Sehr nette Vermieter und direkt erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage wollte nicht so recht und es wurde direkt sonntags ein Techniker bestellt, der kurz darauf eingetroffen ist. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt.“
