The Neighborhood:

House of Hope sits in a newer, high-quality part of Ōwhata on the eastern edge of Rotorua, surrounded by quality homes and handy to everything. The Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest, with its world-famous walking and mountain-biking trails, is just seven minutes away, and Rotorua Airport about eight. Te Puia's geysers are around ten minutes, and the lakefront, the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa and central Rotorua about twelve. Skyline's gondola and luge, Zorb and Canopy Tours are over on the western side of town, around twenty minutes away. The Blue Lake and Lake Tarawera are also an easy drive for a swim or a paddle.



Getting Around:

A car is handy here, with free off-street parking and a garage. The Redwoods forest is about seven minutes away, Rotorua Airport eight, Te Puia ten, and central Rotorua, the lakefront and the hot pools at Polynesian Spa and Wai Ariki Spa around twelve. Skyline, Zorb and Canopy Tours are roughly twenty minutes on the western side of town. Uber, taxis and buses are available nearby.



Other Things to Note:

WIFI runs at around 250 Mbps. This is a spacious single-level home. There's a private spa pool - please supervise children around it at all times.
