„The floors were not cleaned prior to check in. A wet mop should be included when preparing a room for check in. Dust mop is not sufficient to get floors clean. My granddaughter's socks and knees were black from your floors even after we wiped the foors with a wet wash clothe. We received no instruction about trash and no trash was picked up in three days stay. We picked up trash in the parking lot and that's part of the trash left in the room.
