„The property is not decorated remotely like the photos. Bare walls. Everything is very dated and rundown. The house is large with lots of room but a house that size has to be cleaned much better. Bad dust everywhere, floors were sticky, inside all of the kitchen cabinets were filthy. Half the lights in the house didnt work or we the fixtures were missing. Dishwasher was broken, washing machine smelled really bad. Outside landscaping, everything was overgrown and unkept. The path to the driveway ...

„It rained our 2 nights here so we only could use indoor features. We didn't find any of the furniture comfortable and had to go out and buy pillows as the ones provided were very flat and stiff. Also to note for anyone with mobility issues, the steps to get to the front door and indoor steps (house is a split level) are pretty steep. Views of the river were nice and liked the fairly isolated location.“

„Amazing views of Lake Huron right out the back door! Very comfortable cottage. Wished we could have stayed longer than we did, as it was a short stop on the way to Mackinac Island. Slight issue with entry lock code at first, but host corrected the situation immediately without hesitation. Would love to stay again in the future!“
