One "negative" thing I can say is that, the streets are really narrow and a lot of people park their cars on the street so you have to use extra caution when driving to and from the house. We had arrived quite late to check in and discovered in the morning that the toilet wasn't working. As there was only one bathroom in the home, it had the potential to become a problem.
