Appartement ultra douillet
Magnifique appartement hôtel très confortable et design , cuisine bien équipée avec réfrigérateur remplie de produits de très bonne qualité et quantité généreuse. Salle de bain sublime douche rainshower , baignoire produits rituals que dire de plus….

Superbe séjour
Séjour très confortable, au centre de Rovaniemi. Petit déjeuner varié, copieux, servi avec des produits de locaux de grande qualité. Literie très confortable.

Tout était parfait sauf le bruit dans les couloirs le samedi ! Sinon un endroit magique nous etions a la chambre Ruska et pour une famille de 4 c était génial .

Hôtel très bien placé à Rovaniemi avec place gratuite proche pour stationner. Appartement KELO avec sauna intérieur privatif parfait insonorisation et literie très satisfaisante et petits déjeuners copieux laissés dans la cuisine pour notre séjour de trois nuits équipements de la cuisine au top Tout était parfait !

Magnifique
Un des plus beau appart hôtel que j'ai eu l'occasion de visiter, super bien agencé et surtout super beau et super design. L'appartement est entièrement automatisé ou presque. Une salle de bain juste magnifique. Côte propreté j'ai rarement vu aussi propre. La situation est juste parfaite avec tout ce qu'il vous faut à une minute à pied ( restaurant, bar, office de tourisme) le prix est un peu élevé mais il en vaut largement la peine.

I feel like I was at home. The room and the floor was quite. Hotel's location was in the center of Rovaniemi. The refrigerator was full and quite good. I can choose the same place if I decide to go to Rovaniemi Lapland again. Thank you,

Super schönes Appartement Hotel mitten in Rovaniemi. Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich, der Kühlschrank für das Frühstück im Zimmer wird bei jeder Zimmerreinigung aufgefüllt. Unkomplizierter Check In und Out, ausreichend Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel (kostenlos). Würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Nice hotel with great rooms. We stayed in room 9 and the only downside was the view from the room (backside of the hotel with a view on a messy parking and the backside of other companies) and the lack of chromecast on the TV. The AC in the room wasn’t entirely clear on how to operate it.

The room we had was well-appointed and I would have given a higher review except for a bad experience on our final day. I had taken a shower and noticed that water was pooling in the basin. I rinsed myself off and then was shocked to see the entire bedroom flooded (the shower was maybe 1-2cm lower than bedroom floor. I called management right away but it took 25 minutes for anyone to show up. This, after I advise that the room was flooded. I gathered all the towels I could to absorb / direct water back to shower. I spent the rest of the morning trying to pack bags in a wet room. In the end, no apologies (and certainly no compensation) for what is supposed to be a boutique hotel.

This apartment is quiet and provides breakfast. My only beef is there was no bed head so hard to read in bed.

Tällainen hotelliketjuista poikkeava boutique-hotelli on aina piristävää vaihtelua. Vaikka yhtään henkilökuntaan kuuluvaa en kahden yön vierailun aikana nähnyt, tuli silti olo, että asiakkaista pidetään huolta. Hotellilla ei ole omaa ravintolaa, mutta aamupalatarvikkeita oli huoneessa vaikka viikoksi. Erittäin monipuolinen ja raikas valikoima, josta löytyy varmasti jokaiselle jotain. Vain croissantit puuttuivat :) Huone oli tyylikäs ja mikä parasta, kaikki huoneet ovat erilaisia ja persoonallisia. Heräsi mielenkiinto kokeilla myöhemmin jotain toistakin huonetta. Suosittelen lämpimästi. Iso plussa Ritualsin kylpytuotteista!

Good Hotel, Awful Service
This hotel itself was great. Pretty rooms and a good central location. The service was terrible though. There is no front desk on the property, just a little call box outside the front door (which is hard to hear). When I got there, I used the call box to tell them I had arrived. The man who answered said I should have gotten a code from hotels.com, but I did not (I later found out hotels.com's system had malfunctioned). Instead of offering to help, he just told me to call hotels.com. After standing on the sidewalk arguing with the call box for a good five minutes, he finally told me the code to get inside the hotel. If I had to do it over again, I would not stay here.

Great place to stay In Rovaniemi
The apartment was roomy and very modern. The make your own breakfast was amazing. Would recommend to anyone. Staff could not do enough for you when asked considering it was a self service apartment. Great value in Rovaniemi. Friends at the same business function stayed at hotels that were small this was completely different.

Lovely hotel ,stayed here twice, both rooms were clean and very well equipped . Breakfast provided had good variety and more than enough food for 2 people. Bathroom was great, had lovely rain shower and nice 'Rituals' toiletries. Although no physical reception, staff were available and very helpful via intercom on first floor. Really enjoyed our stays. Thanks to all at Haawe Hotel.

There is no front desk worker as well as no public bathroom. They claim there is breakfast included which is do it yourself. When I arrived, I tried to access my room and someone rudely told me that I cannot check in until 4:00pm

The only hotel you need to know about in Rovaniemi
This apart hotel is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The rooms are beautiful and decorated with classic Scandinavian design, including Hay and Stelton. The room is super clean and very quiet. The bed is very comfortable and the fire (we stayed in the Kota room) gives a lovely luxurious feel! The hotel is self check-in and is very efficient. When contacting the hotel, customer service is extremely high and the staff are really helpful.

We stayed here just recently for our honeymoon. The place is quiet and VERY clean! Staff was easy to get a hold of and we just loved our room! Comfy beds, fresh towels, always restocked fridge. I would definitely come back and stay here
