« If i could Give a zero star i would.. NOTHING like the pictures. In the middle of nowhere with no service & the internet wasnât working, then it was roach infested & rat droppings around the dishes. Grass and weeds had overtaken the steps and outside. Obviously hasnât been kept up. Then The owners only refunded half of my amount back when i shouldve Gotten a full refund. 10/10 horrible experience when it shouldâve been a great experience for my 35th birthday . »

We were given the wrong code in the email provided by Vrbo, and we had to contact the main Vrbo number which was time consuming - but the Vrbo team were able to get us in and the property owners called as well.
