"Stayed there 1 night as i was attending a convention at NEC. It is closed to it that is the main good point of this place. It is expensive, old, super strict on rules, times and procedure. Rooms are old. No plug near the beds for your phone, lack of noise isolation, old furniture. My door was banging every time somebody around was closing there's.... let's say it makes early morning it you deceided to sleep in. Staff is nice but will not do more than what they are paid for. Happy mood is not included either. The pool is nice but the place is huge and a maze, My room was at the opposite side of the reception, pool and restaurant and this is not a nice walk. A good choice if you have no choice."

"L'accueil a été charmant. Le hall de l'hôtel est très beau. Les lits sont confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux il y a un trés grand choix. La proximité avec les grands axes est pratique. La piscine est top car nos enfants de 9 et 12 ans avaient pied partout c'est sécurisant. Les petits moins, le rideaux de la chambre sont vieux et sales. Il manque des chaines étrangères aucune chaîne française. Il manque de gel douche, savon et serviettes de bain pour 4 personnes c'était un peu juste. Proposer une serviette à la piscine serait sympa. Séjour agréable néanmoins. "

"hotel’s location is excellent in the city center and it’s convenient for travel purposes. It’s centrally located and close to transportation. Reception personnel were available and helpful "

"Hotel tout simple mais en plein centre ville . Shopping au top... soirée au pub avec resto indien juste en face de l hôtel. "
