« Great location but the whole place needs a good tidy up. Its like a building site. If this had been an overseas package holiday i would have rung the rep. The gardens are full of items strewn all over. Do you check out these cottages or just write what the owner gives you. Stinks of mis-representation to me!!!! The bins were put out on Monday and werent returned till Thursday so the pedal bins were inside in hot weather, one of the owners promised them back on Wednesday but it didn't happen.....

Everything was explained perfectly and the host was easily contactable with any queries. It was nice a cosy as described, with all amenities required. I would definitely recommend. »

« Lovely, cosy cottage on a development of similar terraced properties. Quite near a main road, but traffic noise was minimal. Immaculate property - and I'm hard to please. Absolutely everything was provided for our 3 night stay as a family of four with 2 children ( 13 & 11). TVs in every room. DVD player. Games. Books. Wifi. Plenty of towels . Milk and cookies on arrival. Heating turned on before we got there. Excellent location with Stratford only 3 miles, Waitrose even closer, and Warwick...

« There was an immediate welcoming feel walking into this property. Maura was an excellent host and answered even silly questions promptly! The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a doggy bowl and a high chair if these were needed. Loved the fun sayings, and things like which bin was for recycling were clearly marked. Comfortable seating for 6 in the lounge and three comfortable double beds upstairs. Bathroom had some room to move and a heated towel rail. Parking spot right outside was grest....
