« Great stay !! »

« Lovely modern room in restored old building. Staff were helpful, and both dinner and breakfast in the pub were great. »

« Nice Pub, food was excellent, good selection of beverages, great staff, room was a bit dusty. »

« The whole experience was mediocre. The staff “alright” no real complaint but the impression you get is that the place is badly maintained The staircase leading to the rooms needs repainting, there are chops of paint missing all over the place. The carpet looks good ld and frankly dirty. The rooms are ok but the handle of the toilet flush in room 7 is hanging. Ok so the price was ok but even so, the overall feeling is of mediocrity. Note. « Nice pub in a small village right next to Cambridge. There are only 9 rooms. Ours was pretty small but comfortable. It’s perfect for a small stay near Cambridge. Staff is lovely and the food at the pub is really good. »

« Standards have really dropped. I have stayed here multiple times over the past few years and »

« On a passé deux nuits pour aller-retour en Ecosse. Cet hôtel est situé dans un petit village au calme mais pas très loin du centre ville. Les chambres sont propres avec des meubles et une décoration très chic, le lit est assez grand et confortable. On a aussi dîné dans leur restaurant, c’était délicieux. Le meilleur c’était le petit déjeuner anglais, c’était excellent. Ils ont aussi un parking gratuit, c’est appréciable, je recommande! »

« Personnel très accueillant à l'arrivée. Nous avons apprécié le bar typique. Petit déjeuner à améliorer. »

« A very enjoyable 2 night stay. Pleasant locaton, very helpful and polite staff and very enjoyable food. Only comment is that the roomwas really too small to have a king sized bed. Recomended. »

« The room was large, bright and clean with the added bonus of a fan. Staff were polite and helpful. Evening meal was superb. If we are in Harpenden again we will definitely stay here again. »
