The property look nothing like the photos. The grass was overgrown. I only booked to swim. The pool was disgusting! The hotel smelled horrible like a nasty ashtray. I asked to be put in non smoking but it smelled like a nasty cigar bar. I couldnt find the ice machine on the 3rd floor. The room had no tissue. The air didnt work properly and kept shutting off. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

The staff was the only good thing about this property. The property itself was in a general state of disrepair. I tried to call them several times before we arrived but never got an answer. I also set them email and never got response. When we arrived I was told there phones have been down. The pool was closed, and green. According to the clerk they have never had a hot tub even thoght it is stated in the hotel discreption. The bathroom ceiling had plaster falling down which appeared to be from the room above water leak. The tub itself had a baseball size chunk out of the enamel. The dead bolt on the door didn't was missing and the door itself looked like it had been forced open in the past.

Lady at desk was excellent. Checked into room 333 all linen was on floor room a mess. Got another room no towels. Found a roach on bed. The motel was more of a $45.00 room. I have stayed there before 3 years ago it was nice. Will not be back ar this motel. Very disappointing . For the price i paid.

This was the most unbelievable experience ever!! I’m filing complaints with both Comfort Inn and Expedia. This hotel is not equipped nor able to serve guests. Upon arrival one clerk at the desk with absolutely minimal trouble shooting skills advises there are no clean rooms available, the cleaning crew did not come to work, offered my options to take a dirty room and be given bedding. She then tells me it’s our loss because we booked with Expedia and the hotel only gets a small percentage. I asked for a mgr who was apparently off, but handling difficult customers. She offered a room with a broken tv. It wasn’t available. She found a single room 1 bed(although we reserved 2 beds). Now we have 4ppl in one bed in a less than par condition. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL to humans. I also request compensation for this restless night we’re experiencing.

Room was dirty with old food on the nightstand. Had to take a washcloth and wipe everything down. We arrived at 1:30 in the morning after driving for 14 hours so we just laid on top of the cover and went to sleep, but I definitely would not stay here again.

I was called prior to arriving saying the room I reserved was not available. After getting in my room, I noticed there were no towels, no shower curtain, no coffee maker, the toilet seat was broken, no hair dryer, a brown stain on the comforter, and the phones did not work. I went to front desk and she gave me towels and a shower curtain to put up myself. Was not apologetic at all. Other customers in the lobby told me they were experiencing the same thing with no shower curtain or towels. I told the manager on duty the next morning of the issues and she was not apologetic nor offered to discount my stay. I wouldn't stay there now if it were free. Absolutely inexcusable.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast had a variety of food choices. The hotel is a bit rundown and could use some maintenance. Our bathroom was missing a towel rack and toilet paper holder. The fridge had no freezer door so all the food froze.

This hotel a was so-so. Not the hotels fault, but it is rather hard to get to. Looks okay on the outside. Inside there were a few cosmetic flaws. There was a small problem with my room. They were very quick to make things right. I have no complaints about the room. Breakfast is included. Came down on Friday morning at 7:30 and there was almost nothing left. I was in the dining area for close to 20 minutes. No one came and restocked the breakfast.

I tried to call the hotel before we arrived but only got a busy signal. When we arrived the receptionist told me that their phones line wasn’t working. When I checked in I arrived with a family of 7 only to be told that 1 of my 2 rooms that I booked could not be occupied because their dryer was broken and they had no way to clean the sheets before we came. So all 7 of us shared one room. This sent a shiver down my spine. We boarded the dirty scary looking elevator to go to the third floor and was greeted by a piece of wall border lying on the floor. When we entered the room I immediately checked the sheets and comforter and of course there were stains. We were disgusted but could not leave because all of the hotels were booked up. Don’t stay here! This is NOT a Comfort Inn but a Discomfort Inn.

Got there after a long drive and the room was not available because the dryer was broken so there were no sheets. No one contacted us to say there was a problem. Totally unprofessional and missed a very important basketball game because of the issue.

Muy mal servido de este hotel hice la reservación y nos equivocamos al hacerla pero cancelamos y ahí mismo hicimos una reservación y no me hicieron el reembolso de la cancelación de haber sabido no nos hubiéramos quedado ahí no volvemos a ese lugar por mal educados y nefastos.

The entrance to the property is not easy to get into. You have to really pay attention to a weird turn or you’ll end up on a fifteen minute loop around 20E and 20W to try again. The creepy strobe light out front and chlorine/bleach smell downstairs put up red flags for me. The elevator was dirty and seemed like it was barely working. The room smelled like mildew or mold. There is no WiFi!!! They say there is and provided a password but there was no network to join! Only Onyx Guest or OGaming, neither of which the password worked. I would called the front desk but the phone in the room didn’t work.
