« Sixteen of our family members ages 1-80 spent a week at Villa Santa Chiara in September 2025. The villa, hosting and activities exceeded every one of our high expectations. Anna and Mario were more like friendly family concierges than official hosts. « I booked Letizia's amazing Villa for a week-long birthday celebration and we loved every minute of our time in the Tuscan sun! It was great to be able to relax by the pool in the peace of the countryside amongst the olive groves while still being only a short walk away from Siena, we just wish we could have stayed for longer! »

« The pictures on hotels.com did not match the reality, for example the inground pool was replaced with a pool that looked like a huge bathtop, blocking the beautiful view from the terrace. The house was poorly maintained and cleaned. There were spiderswebs in the corners, the joints in the shower were moldy and many of the lamps were missing a lamp shade.
