Please understand that we always try to bring the most perfect services to our guest and this is really an incident that we do not want to happen. When you arrived at the hotel, the room was not ready because the check-in time was 2pm. We suggested that you could leave your luggage for lunch and come back to check in later, but you went out and came back to check in in the evening. We went through the check-in process quite quickly, but due to the problem of the room no breakfast, we explained that you booked 4 booking and two booking did not include breakfast when you booked with expedia and hoped you could check your booking again. Also Our hotel's extra bed is not as bad as you said. You had an extra person and informed us at the last minute but we still assisted you immediately.We also apologize and have prepared and changed the room for you as soon as you complained about the room,Anyway we are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations but we have tried our best.
