Très bien
Hotel agréable avec très jolie vue, un peu à l'écart des rues principales très bruyantes, calme appréciable tout en étant à 5 minutes à pied de tout. Location scooter sur place possible. Par contre petit déjeuner très limité si vous ne mangez pas vietnamien.

Super vue tout comme sur les photos. Spa sur le toit disponible. Grand balcon pour admirer la vue. Bon buffet déjeuner. Faire attention, peut-être parce que nous n'étions pas dans la grosse saison, mais il fallait 2h pour réchauffer le spa avant d'y entrer...

Nice hôtel with good service even if breakfast is basic. The room is convenient with nice mountain view (Fansipan). The rooftop jacuzzi is great at sunset or at night. The location is good; you can easily walk to the down center. The place is also quiet.

Hotel was ok. Door locks don’t lock properly. Hot tubs were not filled or in use during our stay as advertised. Hotel staff were friendly. They helped store our luggage while we were out on last day.

The view from the balcony was very nice. Staff was friendly. The area around the hotel was very busy but lots of great dining options and close to the city centre. One surprise was that you have to pay for the pool/whirpool per person.

View from room was fantastic. Get the panoramic room two walls of windows. Close to everything you need in town. The road it’s on leads down to cat cat village so it can be crazy busy at times.

The picture does not describe the room that we booked. Although the picture showed that, the booked room has two views (one on the left and one in front of the bed), they gave us a room with only one view. When I complained, they asked for an addition of 200,000 VND to upgrade to two-views room. That was so bad!

Chúng tôi đã hỗ trợ và giải thích cho bạn rất rõ ràng: mỗi một khách sạn thường có rất nhiều các loại phòng khác nhau - Thứ Nhất: bạn đặt loại phòng deluxe view núi ( không phải hạng phòng panorama view). do hình ảnh đại diện khách sạn để là loại phòng panorama nên bạn đã hiểu nhầm ( chúng tôi sẽ thay đổi lại hình ảnh đại diện để khách tránh hiểu nhầm sau này). chúng tôi đã giải thích nhưng bạn dường như cố tình không hiểu - Thứ 2: loại phòng panorama có giá cao hơn, khách sạn đã hỗ trợ đổi phòng như mong muốn của bạn và phụ thu thêm 200k ( có gì là sai đâu bạn???). Nhưng bạn không lựa chọn phòng đó và vẫn giữ nguyên phòng như booking. note: chúng tôi trả lời đánh giá của bạn để giải thích hơn cho bạn hiểu: tránh lần sau bạn đi các khách sạn khác cũng như thế bạn nhé.

뷰도 괜찮고 테라스도 좋음 침대시트가 약간 더러운 편이지만 괜찮음 여기문제는 문이다 화장실문도 그렇구 테라스문도 그렇고 방문도 그렇고 제대로 된 문이 없다 화장실에 있다가 문이 안열려서 어이가 없었다 문좀 제발 고쳤으면 좋겠다. 위치는 약간 안쪽으로 들어가야되서 불편했지만 친절하였다.

We stayed for one night. Our stay was pleasant, the room and facilities were good. Staff were helpful. We stayed in the panoramic room which felt slightly underwhelming as it seems the photos have been taken from an angle / or manipulated to make the room look massive - so upon walking in there was a slight feeling of disappointment. We were getting the night train back to Hanoi and the hotel we’re helpful as they allowed us to store our bags all day.

Nice and held it’s promise
Overall the hotel is very nice. The staff was very helpful. One thing that is not mentioned is that it is only a breakfast restaurant. You can’t get anything after 09:00 in the morning.

Hotel was in a great location! Staff was super friendly really helped us when it came to booking treks and Fansipan excursion! View from our room was great! Only recommendation I have is better breakfast menu we would've loved to have a bit more protein before trekking. Fruit had fruit flies, fried eggs had egg shells, pho broth bland, french fries fried in same oil as everything else fried so tasted gross. Restaurant didn't seem open for any other meal so plan on eating out.
