Great value for money
We had a great stay at Sapa garden. The staff was amazing. They helped us to find a good private guide, offered constantly delicious cinnamon tea and ordered a room to shower after the trekking despite we already had checked out the morning. The rooms are fresh, spacious, well equipped and clean. The hotel is well located in Sapa so you can walk everywhere. Wifi worked well. Only minus was the conception of the bathroom because the water is everywhere when you shower and with the cold floor, its not a nice combo. Once again: amazing service!

Excellent service, simple and clean
Stay for vacation here for 5 days 4 night, this hotel is simple and very clean, the service is excellent, i would definitely go back to this hotel. Only walking distance to sapa station if you want to go fansipan, location is good near restaurants, and local activities. If you go to sapa, better stay at this hotel.

Great place to stay when you visit Sapa. During our stay the service was excellent, very detailed. Rooms are spacious with great Wi-Fi, air conditioning (you need, as at night could be a bit cold). Very clean. Great breakfast. If I ll come back to Sapa, I ll stay again at Sapa Garden hotel

Decent hotel with inconsistencies to work on
This is a four star review for a two night stay. This is a good hotel with inconsistencies that can easily be fixed. The largest disappointment came from being refused late checkout in a hotel that was very empty (housekeeping leaves all the rooms open as they clean them, and we were practically the only guests in the hotel). The hotel manager gave no logic for refusing late checkout but did offer us tea and to use a shower after checkout. Room: Had a soft and comfortable bed, a safe, balcony, and fridge. The room itself was a five star room, however the bathroom had a dirty towel folded up as if it was clean when we arrived. See attached photo. This was a nasty surprise but can be easily avoided as this was a very clean hotel otherwise. Toiletry bottles were mini and not full.The hair drier in 302 did not work and is dangerous as it heats up and short circuits because the fan function within it is not working. Basically a toaster. Breakfast: Highlight of the property. Had the chicken noodle soup both mornings with very fresh fruit. Eggs also an option. Area: Good spot which is up the hill away from the main strip leading to more quiet but also more walking to get to things. Close to Sapa Station. Our tour guide explained Sa Pa is a town developed in the last 10 years to exploit the neighbouring indigenous areas and mountains. Would stay in the mountains next time for a more authentic experience. Value: one of our more expensive stays

사파의 호텔은 대부분 오래되고 방음이 안되는건 그냥 무조건 감안하셔야 해요. 싸던 비싸던 똑같아요. 여기는 사장님이 너무 친절하셨고 인테리어도 고즈넉해서 좋았어요. 호텔 컨디션도 깨끗했고 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 사파에서 제일 마음에 드는 숙소였어요.

Ok für kurzen Aufenthalt
Freundlicher Empfang und Service. Zimmer wie beschrieben, etwas schlichter als die Fotos aussehen. Lage ok. Frühstück ohne Buffet sondern es gibt Eier oder Suppe, mehr ein snack als eine Mahlzeit. Preis für Vietnam sehr hoch, aber für Sapa, wo alles überteuert ist, ok.

Wonderful!
We loved our stay at Sapa Garden Hotel! The decor is simple yet thoughtful and the hotel staff was so lovely and helpful. Our bed was so comfortable and we had a great view of the city from our room. THe location was a short walk from the hustle bustle of Sapa city.

it was a short stay for us. But the receptionist is very hospitable and helpful. We booked a tour and the agent wasn’t on time to picked us up. The receptionist assisted us to call them and also brought our luggage into the room. Breakfast option was also amazing.

친구들과 정말 즐거웠고,직원분들 감사합니다.
입지가 굉장히 좋습니다.깟깟호텔이랑 고민했었는데,깟깟호텔은 말그대로 깟깟 마을 위에 위치하여 들어가고 나올 때 번거로워요.호텔 입지가 판시판가는 선플라자 역과 가깝고,함롱산 입구와 가깝고,광장과 가깝고,바로 앞에 오토바이 대여할 수 있고,하노이로 넘어 올때에도 사파 익스프레스 사무실이 바로 밑에 있어서,입지가 너무 좋아요. 직원분들 매우 친절하시고,체크아웃하고 돌아다니다가 짐찾으면서 친구가 전자담배를 화장실에 두고왔는데,직원분이 가져다 주실 때 감동했어요. 밥도 맛있어요.계란 후라이도 주문하면 따로 두개 갖다주시고,쌀국수도 따로 주문할 수 있고,요거트랑 커피도 다 있어요. 방은 예약을 빨리 잡으셔야 뷰가 좋은 곳 잡으실 수 있습니다.저희는 딱 방 2개 남았을 때 부랴부랴 예약했더니,뷰가 제일 안좋은 201호 301호 걸렸어요. 엑스트라 베드는 방마다 있는데 3인 엑스트라 베드 추가해서 1실 쓰나,3인이 방 2개 잡으나 가격 차이가 만원이라서,2개로 했네요.^^ 그리고 사파가 지금 공사중인 곳이 많은데,6시되면 공사 소음으로 자동 기상입니다.일찍 주무세요. 방 메이크업도 깔끔했고,기본적으로 주는 과자도 맛나요.그리고 샤워실 샤워기 좋고,따듯한물 잘나와요~ 다음에 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 호텔입니다.

전반적으로 상당히 만족스럽습니다. 1박당 3만원 이하로 스위트룸을 사용했는데, 룸 퀄리티는 괜찮았네요. 지어진지 몇년 안되서 시설도 괜찮습니다. 마지막날은 차크아웃 하고 짐 맡겨두고 왔는데, 혹시 샤워 할거면 하래서 샤워도 했네요. 직원들이 상당히 친절해요.

One of the best mid/budget hotels in Sapa
We had a suite and the room was really nice ! The view from the large windows was pleasant even if it was obscured by fog most of the time. We spent a lot of time sleeping as tired from travelling and the bed was comfortable with a modern new bathroom. Breakfast is at restaurant opposite and it was ok. Also it rains a lot in sapa and luckily the hotel offers umbrellas.

직원분들도 모두 친절하고, 깨끗합니다. 사파교회에서 가깝기때문에 위치도 좋습니다. 사파 트래킹을 하셔도 사파호수라든가 판시판 산에 다녀오기 위해서는 사파교회 근처에서 숙박을 하셔야 하는데 이 호텔을 추천합니다.

직원 완전 친절함. 드레곤에서 조식먹는데 조식 너무 맛있고 숙소 어떠했는지 계속 묻고 잘알려주려하는것이 좋았다.

Great Location, Exceptional Service
Great location. Just minutes from the Sapa Express Bus Stop / Office. It's also a short walk to the town area. The room was well-appointed, spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. The reception was friendly, warm and helpful, especially Emma. The buffet breakfast was good. I enjoyed my stay here very much, and would stay here again.

Great location, clean and very spacious rooms, very nice and helpful staff! Great breakfast too! They kept our luggage while we trekked the area, and then even cleaned our very muddy shoes when we returned for the luggage. They also allowed us to shower, even if we were no longer staying at the hotel, and not in one of those improvised toilet/shower rooms, but in an actual hotel room. Very accommodating hotel, would definitely stay here again!

Simply the best !!!
Sapa Garden Hotel is from far the best stay we've had in months travelling through Asia !! Everything is just perfect. The room is so clean and beautiful, the best was the best we've had as well, the view from the balcony is stunning, the restaurant makes real good food with lot of choices. The hotel is affiliated with Dragon Hotel next door, where you have a buffet breakfast which is also super good, their restaurant is amazing too and at last the staff... what a wonderful crew seriously they are all so kind smilling all the time they will do their best for you to have the best stay and have everything you need, the service is beyond good its incredible !! I loved my stay here and Im actually really sad to leave. I strongly recommend this hotel it is the BEST !!!! A big thank you to all the staff for their help and kindness I would come back here anytime !!!

Great choice!
pros: The staff were extremely friendly n accommodating. The room was fairly spacious n had a nice view. The buffet dinner at the hotel was great n value for money. cons: I wish there had been some changes in the breakfast menus for those staying at the hotel for over 3 nites.
