Villa Camarasa is a charming holiday villa in Subach, Crestatx, set within a peaceful residential area of Pollensa, close to the golf course and the town itself, with the long sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Alcúdia just a short drive away. This single-storey property combines rustic character with genuine comfort, and its elevated position affords lovely views towards the surrounding mountains.



Inside, high wood-beamed ceilings and a welcoming entrance hall set the tone for a home full of personality. The fitted kitchen comes equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle, and flows into a spacious open-plan living and dining area. Here, a table seats 6 in comfort, while the adjoining sitting area offers plush sofa seating, a coffee table, a fireplace for cooler evenings, and a TV with DVD player for family film nights. High-speed fibre WiFi runs throughout the villa, ideal for those wishing to stay connected during their stay.



Outside, beautifully landscaped gardens bordered by dense hedging create a private, secluded feel.
