The kids loved the pool, hammocks and campfire area. The air conditioning worked awesome as well as the hot showers. We always had hot water in the showers. The staff is friendly and made our stay easy. We will be back!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: FRVR has always provided a good experience whether in person, phone, text, or email. Communication is great & questions readily answered when needed. This last visit, the rental home was not up to standard for the rental price. Aside from the home itself, a good trip.

Reviewer Comments: We found roaches in kitchen send pic to staff all they said was we had sprayed ants in kitchen same remark. Location was nice easy to get to river. Outside walk way under balcony very slippery when walking on it fell twice. Bed upstairs has a broken mattress. Would recommend if those things are taken care of.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures online definitely need to be updated. House needs a good deep clean. Not just what the renters do. The pool lights didn’t work for us in the evening. The trash binds were left a mess from the previous stay had to clean up so I wasn’t charged a fee. Got called 3 days after we checked out that our truck was parked behind the pool and we would be charged for violating the rules of not parking on the grass they had pictures and it wasn’t even us. A bit on the stereotype. Was disappointed in the stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s showing a lot of age that is not being dealt with. The toilet plunger downstairs was covered with used toilet paper on arrival. Strong septic smell in the back. Floors were filthy. We never were able to find the remote to the downstairs tv. Pool needs serious work with big gaps in between actual pool and tiling. Had a child hang a toe in the gap and had to administer first aid. Shower down stairs was filthy. We’ve stayed their before but I will not be choosing that house again.
