„The cottage was stylish, immaculate and loaded with everything from power cords to kitchenware. The hosts were very communicative and volunteered lots of advice on how to enjoy Sacramento. The cottage is very private and located in the heart of a lovely residential area, filled with tree-lined streets and handsome old homes. Many restaurants, parks and historical sites are within easy walking distance.“

„Check-In und Check-Out waren sehr unkompliziert, die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern hat sehr gut funktioniert. Das Studio ist liebevoll, mit Bedacht und modern eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Kaffee/Tee und frische Eier von den Hühnern wurden gestellt und eine kleine Auswahl ein Snacks und Getränken konnte man optional erwerben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wären gerne länger geblieben.“

„Very charming guest house with all the comforts of living, the Chess Board table is so cool with real chess pieces and checkers. The house was comfortable, simple yet modern. The shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and hand soap smelled AMAZING. Definitely no need to bring your own. We brought our 2 little dogs who enjoyed the yard. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great stay, grocery store was right across the street. It was located 5 minutes from my conference. Excellent stay!“

„Cute little house with some extra details immediately around it, including a hot tub just out front. Easy directions and check in with keypad. One little thing we would have liked differently was the toilet location. It sits about 4ft away, directly facing the bed. So if someone’s in bed, facing away from the wall, you are staring at whoever’s using the toilet. OH, and they had a basket full of just about anything you need but may have forgotten and all for reasonable prices! “

„Cute property. Nice space and clean. Great location. However, no indication is was in the back of an attorney's office, this was unnerving since we hadn't been notified and the ad clearly says we get the whole house. It should have been part of the ad. Beds were uncomfortable for both of us. And my allergies bothered me a lot, musty or mold or something. Be careful if you have allergies. It's a cute place for the price though. “

„A wonderful space and time to regroup and share re-gain my serenity. Denise and Bruce are very special hosts that made me feel that I was so welcome anywhere on the whole property. Visiting the goats chickens pigeons ducks in the ponds horses and organic vegetable garden. Or just relaxing by the pool, patio and the cool comfortable cottage. With sounds of bubbling water everywhere with coi or goldfish and little waterways galore. Lots of shade, wonderful A/C and comfortable furniture. Plenty of ...

"Teuer ist es ja, aber deswegen auch nicht gut. Wenn man mir noch 10 dollar für eine internetverbindung abknöpft, frage ich mich schon, ob da was nicht stimmt. Ein freies wlan hatten wir auf unserer kompletten Reise in jedem Hotel, warum im teuersten dann nicht ? Außerdem sollte man den Architekten einmal befragen, was er sich bei den Lichtschaltern im Badezimmer gedacht hat. Da kommt man nur ran, wenn man im Dunkeln die Tür schließt. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht anders einstellen, als das die einen im Bett permanent anbläst. Tolle Konstruktion. Sorry, aber das Hotel , ist das Geld nicht wert. "
