« I had a 5 night stay here. It was such a relaxing stay. My small dog and I were welcomed by Toby the dog. Cynthia gave us clear instructions of how to get to the cottage and settled in. My dog and I walked the neighborhood daily. The street and homes looked as if it could be in a movie. Neighbors were friendly. The hot tub is behind the cottage, perfect for some privacy. « Stayed here for a few nights. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood which was very nice. Access into the home was easy due to the communication with the owners. Upon entering the house it gives you a peaceful feeling. It’s an open floor plan, which we loved, it was clean and cutely decorated. « The check in process could have been better. Had to contact the host twice to get check-in instructions. Finally got them just hours before check in time. Other than that, place was great. »

No complaints other than the drapes in front room, and dining area had over a foot of material resting on the floor, easily covering up heating vents - health/fire hazard? Outside the house, the yard is in total disrepair. Steep porch steps with no rail - another health risk for elderly people like us. Nice community. Nice house. Just needs better care. »

« The house was comfortable and peaceful. I wasn't in the home much during the day but the evening hours were very comfortable. I LOVED the whole house fan -- it was perfect for the season. « This was our second stay at this home with a family of 5. The location is perfect for those wanting a central quaint and quiet space. We caught the sunset on night on a levee walk and took a morning walk for coffee and croissants. The hosts are accommodating and easy to get a hold of. We will stay here again. »

« The property was very clean and well-maintained. Because you’re getting just a room you have to share the common areas. We had to share a bathroom with another couple and my only complaint is that when I initially asked if we had a private bathroom I was told yes. It may have been a language barrier. Overall, it was very nice and convenient for us. »

« Booked this place with my teenage daughter. We were staying in the area for Holo Holo Cali, a music festival held at the Toyota Amphitheater. This was an great place to stay! Close to where we needed to be for our show along with plenty in the area in the way of shopping. The home is beautiful, very clean & comfortable. The pool was the main attraction, hands down. We can not wait to return for another stay. »

« This was our first time staying in Sacramento. Been to it and thru it a million times but have never stayed!! This cottage/home/neighbirhood. Felt like home. ABSOLUTELY gorgeous neighborhood! Immaculately clean and super well equipped! We might come back just for fun next time. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and didn’t get to relax or enjoy the serenity of this property!
