We stayed at this property a few years ago and had a nice time. It is a nice home in a nice location. This stay the hot tub was difficult to open and it was difficult to find a number to call for assistance. Once this was resolved we discovered on the first night of the stay at around 830PM (over 4 hours after checkin time) that the hot tub was 73 degrees. The property management company informed me that it was normal for the hot tub to be at 73 degrees at 830PM the first night of the VRBO stay because they had changed the water out before we checked in and that I just needed to leave the cover on and that it would warm up. At 1030PM that night the hot tub had only warmed up to 78 degrees- still unusable and at the rate it was heating up would be unusable for the first night of the two night stay. I informed the property managent company that this was unacceptable given the hot tub is the primary reason I booked the property. I told the property management company that I expected something to be done to make this right given the nightly rate and that the hot tub was the main reason we selected the VRBO. The property management company did not do anything to make this right nor did they even attempt to do so. To clarify- my frustration is not about the money. It is about the principle of doing the right thing. This was terrible customer service.
