„Die Kommunikation mit unserer Vermieterin Annabel war sehr unkompliziert. Schöne, neue Wohnung mit allem was man so braucht. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und den morgendlichen Kaffee konnten wir draußen genießen. Bus und Bahn nahe an der Wohnung; wir sind jedoch oft in die Altstadt gelaufen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe. Ob der Stadtteil ruhig ist, können wir leider nicht sagen, da wir zum FALLAS Fest in Valencia waren und dort herrscht dann Ausnahmezustand. „Super nice house with "unusual" elements (kicker, pool table, piano, super large TV/Cinema style). 3 large bedrooms, one large living/dining room. Nespresso Coffee. Super nice host, very helpful. a bit outside of Valencia but you can get into town easy by car.“

„Parking is Street Parking & very difficult to find an open parking spot. It is not an amenity of the rental as advertised when I rented. I believe that has now been corrected. Main bedroom and closet very nice. Bathroom shower very small. Bunk room is adequate. Spare bathroom is nice size. Kitchen is lovely but ask for confirmation on how the stove top works. Sitting area and dining room are spacious. Outside area is very nice and washer & dryer available. Close to Metro and we enjoyed pizza ...

Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein, aber ausreichend und auch an die kleine, steile Treppe in das nicht allzu hohe Schlafzimmer kann man sich gewöhnen (Vorsicht… Immer Kopf einziehen), Besonders die Terrasse bietet nach einem anstrengenden Tag die Möglichkeit, noch einmal zur Ruhe zu kommen und die Stadt zu genießen. „Spacious and rustic house with a lovely garden. Well equipped kitchen and good beds. We haven’t used them, but there are two bicycles available. Foios is a quite and relaxed village, not particularly pretty but nice and convenient with everything you need in walking distance. Easy metro connection to Valencia city center. Would definitely book again.“

„Quartiere carino, appartamento vicino alla fermata della metro e dell'autobus per cui ti puoi muovere velocemente per raggiungere ogni punto di interesse. Tre camere di cui una con due lettini, due bagni e una cucina funzionali per tre famiglie...non ci eravamo capite sul numero delle persone, forse per problemi di traduzione, quindi ci è stato chiesto un supplemento ma per il resto tutto ok!“

„El alojamiento en si no es nada del otro mundo, de hecho pasar más de 1 semana ahí con el menaje e instalaciones sería complicado, pero se compensa con la excelente recepción de los propietarios, que hicieron todo lo posible para que la estancia y recepción fuera muy buena. Como punto negativo también que creemos que algunas camas tienen chinches, aunque no estamos seguros de ello. Un saludo!“

„Property really tired and poorly set up for the number of people it was listed For 10 people only 8 chairs at the dining table, two small settees, beds were extremly poor, kitchen facilities cupboard doors hanging off when you opened them, a complete mixture of plates, mugs, glasses not sufficient for number of people, we were only 9 All in all good location, really poor facilities within the accommadation and would not recommend it for the price and number of people“
