To discover the authentic Martinique, come and spend a pleasant stay in this type F3 cottage of 120 m² and enjoy the calm and serenity of the countryside, located 3 km from the village of Saint-Esprit, in the South Center of Martinique and 15 minutes from the nearest beaches (Sainte-Luce, Rivière-Pilote, Trois-Ilets...).

This cottage can accommodate a maximum of 6 people with a flowered garden and outdoor parking.
It is composed of:
- 1 Fitted and equipped kitchen
- 1 Living room with 2-seater sofa bed, TNT TV, Table and 6 chairs, Buffet, and ceiling fan.
- 1 air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (160x200), wardrobe, bedside table.
- 1 bedroom with 2 small beds (90 x 200) or 1 double bed (180 x 200), wardrobe, bedside table.
- 1 Shower room with hot water
- 1 Large Terrace with 1 table and 6 chairs, barbecue.

In the city of the SAINT-ESPRIT, you will discover the museum located in the heart of the village.

Near the town, the nearest towns are:

- RIVIERE-PILOTE where you can visit the La Mauny Distillery, the Ecomuseum and enjoy its beach located at Anse Figuier.

- The TROIS-ILETS with the house of the cane, the Golf, the savannah of the slaves and the Pottery.

- LE MARIN for its Nautical Club and Marina.

- LE DIAMANT, renowned for its rock, is one of the most famous sites in Martinique.

- SAINTE-LUCE known for its various beaches (Anse Mabouya, Corps de Garde, Gros Raisin).

A deposit of 200 euros will be requested at the entrance to the premises, it will not be cashed and will be returned in case of no damage.
