Cocoonr is offering this air-conditioned house for rent in Saint-François, complete with a swimming pool. It has a floor area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. With Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen, towels, pool towels and beach towels all included, we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises the following:
- A 30 m² living room with a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed
- A shower room
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A private 7 m x 4 m saltwater swimming pool fitted with an alarm and open all year round. The pool is unheated.
- A beautiful, fenced garden of 2,000 m² plus an 80 m² terrace facing north and west by the pool, with furniture to enjoy sunny days.

The house is ideally situated in Saint-François, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

- The washing machine is upstairs, accessible via a staircase.

- End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and involves preparing the property for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are subject to change and depend on favourable weather conditions.
